Great technicians very professional and very knowledgeable. Did a great cleanup after moving my thermostat. These are great technicians you want to make sure you hang on to them.

Water heater went out called Woodfin the receptionist was evasive and had little information. The installer(s) were professional, but not only was I grossly overcharged but never received an invoice from them.
We have hot water, but unless you want to pay Almost four thousand for a water heater installation, I would not recommend

Ethan was prompt, well spoken and very polite. He diagnosed our issue very quickly, gave us pricing options and repaired our unit within minutes. We would definitely use him again for our Carrier package unit.

Hunter C and crew did a wonderful job with our crawl space encapsulation. They removed the gross existing insulation and installed new. We also got a self contained humidifier and air scrubber. We couldn't be happier! They are very courteous and know what they are doing!

Wood in is great! Came within 45 minutes of my call they saved us from a cold night without heat in the house. We just want to say thank you and especially to the service worker that came out! He was polite, knowledgeable and speedy!

I called Woodfin originally to determine whether our water line was still lead pipe or not, as part of the City’s grant to replace lead pipeline. Liz came to inspect and found a leak near the entry line, she was very thorough in her inspection and explanations, and took photos of the leaking area.

She and another technician repaired the leak a few days later. They were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The office team that handled the scheduling and billing were also helpful and professional.

A week or so ago I had my new HVAC system's yearly maintenance service (I have had the system for one year) as part of my contract. I was so happy with the team that came to my home.
Damian and Whaki were on time, kept the utility room clean, and actually left it looking better than they found it! They were very conscientious about using their 'booties' to cover their shoes when they needed to walk in the house--many times--and were very helpful in answering questions I had.

It was a delightful and stress-free experience.

Rodney provided us with an estimate for a new HVAC, including duct work. He did a load on the house, recommended an additional return (which we knew we needed) and was one of the only ones that came out that could answer questions and provide an accurate estimate (the other companies we called sent people that couldn't answer any questions and did not mention or quote the needed additional return). He demonstrated his experience, which personally I feel is important to ensure you are installing an efficient unit that will last.

Phenomenal experience. Had an emergency plumbing issue early in the morning and the technician was here within a couple of hours. The technician (Anthony) was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed the issue and told me what I needed and what I didn’t need. Will use these folks again. Great company; great service.

I have to add to my original review. We had an excellent experience with Zach (master electrician) a few months after our original call to Woodfin. We had an exterior post light that had been defectively installed in a brick retaining wall, making a repair impossible. Zach came up with the idea of using a low voltage alternative, which we approved. On the day of installation, Zach had been on call for the weekend and had worked until 2:30 am. Nevertheless, he worked at our house all day to make sure the install went well. The results are amazing (at least we think so). But more importantly, this level of service is unmatched in today’s world. Kudos to Zach and his colleague Chance. They are good people doing good work.

So grateful for the team. Our hot water heater ruptured on Sunday evening and we called Monday morning. The technician came out and replaced it all in the same day. What a relief and everything works better than ever. The team is amazing and Woodfin remains #1 for our needs.

Dustin was great and I appreciated the honesty of what the next best step would be in regards to fixing our problem of not having heat. He was very accommodating by making sure that Woodfin prioritized getting us a quote of the options we discussed quickly so we could get our heat back on and running quickly. We are just in the beginning process of what looks like a new system in our future, but the initial call to diagnose the problem has been a very positive one.
Brad D, a Woodfin Comfort Advisor, came to my house the following morning, first thing, to discuss many different options for a new system vs replacing parts. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different systems Woodfin has available to purchase and/or finance. He has been able to apply our personal situation of what is important to us and then narrow down the options offered based on our needs of what we are looking for, providing both pros and cons of each one of those options. He is very professional, extremely polite and friendly and represents Woodfin in the best of ways!
I would totally recommend both Dustin and Brad D and give Woodin 👍 👌 for your HVAC needs!

James arrived on time on this VERY cold morning to fix my heating system . The majority of his work was outside and he didn’t complain. He was very polite and kept me informed during the process, which I appreciated. He, also, gave me some recommendations for the near future to perhaps lessen the chance of repeating.

The woodfin team that came to our
home, was very efficient and friendly. We were pleased how quickly they fixed the problem! We appreciated The explanations they gave as a worked. We certainly recommend Woodfin. Also, they were able to come to our home the very day I called, which was very important to me!

Larry came out on a snowy Sunday evening made an accurate diagnosis on our furnace A part would have to be ordered and checked on the following day.. Paid 139 . Found out our maintenance plan had expired without my knowledge found out later it was sent out by emails which I never check. Should have been a phone call or by mail, but I did renew the maintenance agreement the next day.Larry Left and came back an hour and a half later and surprised us-with 2 space heaters for us to use. I thought that was very, very nice of him and beyond job duties.He was also very polite and gentlemanly.. He can come back anytime!

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to show me pictures and explain everything and answered all my questions. I greatly appreciate his honestly.

I also wanted to update to include Brad Diggs. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor and was very honest with explaining my options. He answered all my questions and helped me with weighing the options of either replacing our old boiler or upgrading to a heat pump in our older home. He even left us 2 ceramic space heaters to help keep us warm till we were able to get our new boiler installed the following week. He had wonderful communication! He made me feel we were important and made a great choice becoming a long time customer of Woodfin! Thank you Brad!

I want to start by saying sorry for not responding sooner to this post. A big round of applause for Charles Crew! I was on the phone with my brother, and he had a conversation with Charles about the HVAC situation. They were able to discuss the issue effectively because they both speak the same 'language' when it comes to HVAC.

The tech (Thomas) was excellent. He went that extra mile to connect in a less obvious area rather than my newly installed air handler. Replaced the vent covers correctly, and was very courteous!

We’ve used Woodfin for a few different services, primarily with servicing our hot water heater. We recently used them for a leak we had in our bathroom resulting in a full day of repairs and installing new pipes. Chris and Joey were extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. Highly recommend working with them!

Anthony provided *outstanding* service.

The back story here is, we'd been without hot water for 18 days going into today. Our tankless water heater just stopped doing the heating thing on December 12. With visitors coming in the next day, we needed immediate help, and found only one company with availability on that short notice.

17 days later, that company had still not gotten the heater fixed, with very poor communication and just terrible overall service. I called Woodfin yesterday afternoon, and they sent Anthony out to see us this morning.

It was instantly clear that Anthony was very knowledgeable about our particular make/model - very much unlike the reps from that other company - and within literally fifteen minutes he had hot water temporarily restored. Within the first hour he had a specific diagnosis of the underlying problem. In another hour he'd located, obtained and installed the part needed for repair.

Throughout the shockingly quick process, Anthony kept us informed of what was going on, with clear explanations of related details.

All of this happened in one small part of one day, after weeks of hair-pulling with that other company - and for what totaled up to a fraction of the cost the first company quoted for repair.

I couldn't be more impressed with Anthony's work, and we'll never again make the mistake of using a heating/plumbing company not named Woodfin.

Levy gave us a quote on a whole house generator and a tankless water heater. His readiness and professionalism put us at ease, feeling like we were in good hands. Levy answered all of the questions we had, explained a few things in detail to help us understand better and made the quote process very easy and worry free. As with most, spending this kind of money is a huge commitment, not to be taken lightly. Levy’s calm demeanor and wealth of knowledge on the subject helped us feel like we would be making an investment in our future comfort and not blindly spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Levy is a great asset to the Woodfin company and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Zach Fendley at Woodfin provided excellent service for us! We had a leaking toilet, shower, and outside faucet. We genuinely feel Zach went above and beyond to educate us on the issues and why they were occurring, and did an excellent job repairing our issues. He provided exceptional service, we are extremely pleased with our repairs.
