Get a new phone operating system. The initial waiting tone is so annoying. A lady just keeps saying “someone will be with you shortly” over and over every 2 seconds. Then your AI assistant can’t hear the email address even though I’m speaking loudly and clearly. I repeated my email address 4 times and it still didn’t repeat it back to me correctly. Gave up at that point, lost my business

Brian was a great help fixing a plumbing issue. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Explained everything very clearly and was incredibly helpful with his recommendations and information.

Called after 5pm with a leak in bathroom seeping into basement thru floor. Had a call back within 40 minutes with appointment scheduled for next morning. Many more unexpected problems surfaced while repairman was working including structural damage. Shogun handled everything quickly and efficiently even working over to complete the job so bathroom could be used that night. They went above and beyond to remedy the problem. Great service and very pleasant workmen who explained as they needed to homeowner. I Definitely recommend this business. I have used them for many years and they are always my first call for plumbing or hvac problems. They have responded to every call with professionalism and ability to get the job done effectively.

This is my second time using this company and they are fantastic. We had a water heater installed and moved to a new location, water spout put in, and hvac maintenance. They were on time, came with everything they needed or had a plan to get what they needed near by. The installation was clean and most importantly they didn't cut any corners. Easy to work with and would not only use again but would use them every time. Looking forward to the next project!

We had an underground water leak needing to be addressed immediately. Brian came out the same day I called. He was very thorough and considered all options and possibilities before arriving at a plan, exhibiting his expertise as well as his sensitivity to customers’ needs. This contrasts sharply with two other companies I called before. One ghosted me twice over the period of three crucial days, exasperating our hardship in living without running water. Another company showed up after rescheduling twice and presented me three plans including one that would replace my perfectly working water heater. So my choice was clear in choosing Shogun. I am happy to have made the right choice as next day, Ridge, Hayden and Keegan came out and the work was done at the end of the day. I would use the company again in the future, would recommend the company to my neighbors, in fact anyone for that matter. Thank you, Shogun, for your excellent service!

My experience with Shogun Services has been absolutely amazing!!! My plumbing technician---came in my home and wore shoe covers and worked ever so quickly to declog my bathroom toilet. He was professional, knowledgeable, proficient and very personable! I will be developing a long standing relationship with this company for all of my household needs in the future. I had a great experience with Shogun staff. Emily was amazing with scheduling my appointment after my hot water heater broke for over a week. I was able to get cold water until my hot water heater was installed the next day. Ridge Chambers was professional and courteous through my ordeal. I have already recommended Shogun Services to my next door neighbor. Emily also told me about the other services that the company offers. I have their phone number on my contact list.

We needed a repair on an on-demand water heater in a portable shower trailer — definitely not your typical service location. They didn’t hesitate. They came right out, quickly investigated the issue, and got it fixed.
