Zofa was professional and very respectful of my home. He is extremely skilled in his profession, completed the repair quickly and I highly recommend his business and service.

He fixed my unit last year and it's working great. Came over with Home Choice Warranty and figured out that the guy who installed the unit didn't wire it correctly which was cause high electric bills.

My home warranty company sent him out to repair my AC. Warranty company said because there was a cobweb and some participles in the return, it would not be covered. Yes, it is an older unit but I change the filters monthly and have it serviced. Neither the warranty company or him would provide me with pictures and a report. They are in cahoots. Disappointing to say the least. He said he would do it and then he would not respond to me. The warranty company said he was responsible for giving me that info. They give him business so he takes part in the fraud.

My home warranty company scheduled an appointment with this company to come out for heating repair. They provided the property address, which included an apartment number. He refused to come saying that he doesn't work on units that are on the roof. It's freezing and now I need to wait days for another service tech to be assigned.

I strongly recommend Hungerford Heating and Cooling! Ryan and Matt from Hungerford provided exceptional service when they came to repair our furnace on short notice. They were exceedingly courteous and knowledgeable, offering valuable information throughout the process. They efficiently resolved the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
