Update: 1/2025 They replaced the HVAC system, thermostat & water heater. 3 or 4 guys came out to install and they worked well together. They are polite, friendly & professional young men. I’m very pleased with the installation. Josh (owner) visited at the end of installation to check & show me how to use thermostat. I highly recommend Climate Solutions.

12/2024- I had a great experience with Climate Solutions. I filled a contact form out on a Sunday evening & they responded right away. Tyler came out on Monday morning to look at the HVAC system. He did a thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable & great communicator. I look forward to working with Climate Solutions.

Every aspect of working with Climate Solutions was fantastic. From the very first step, having the option to text the company admin was a convenient way to start this transaction. The owner was available and made time to meet with us for an estimate the same day. Josh (owner) was incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. He’s a business owner who gets it and shows care for his customers. The pricing was fair and clear cut and Josh went out of his way to find any available discounts or rebates. We were able to quickly schedule for a new system installation and just 3 days later we had a team at our home. Austin came to our home with two other technicians who were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and cleanly. Once they finished the installation, Austin made a point to thoroughly walk my husband through all points of our new system and thermostat. I can’t imagine a better experience with a large home maintenance purchase.

Josh (owner) came out to my house to build a relationship and evaluate the current state of our Trane. He was knowledgeable and objective with providing recommendations. We will pickup regular maintenance, and are excited to have an AC partner to help us maintain our products.

We called on one of the hottest days of the year because our AC stopped working overnight. Josh (the owner) came by at noon to quote us a new system. He looked at our unit and saw the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Thankfully, we didn't have to replace our system. Top notch service, friendly, prompt, professional, and personable. Very happy we found them.

The technician Jack who came out to do maintenance and then follow up on a coolant leak was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how the system worked and explained the troubleshooting process. Prices were fair, scheduling with the office was easy and quick, communication was great. Would recommend.

Quickly did a professional install of all contracted equipment. When an unforseen problem required an additional component, they acquired and installed it. When this caused some problems during the first few days of operation, they had capable Techs on same day call to fix them. All their people gave warm and friendly service. I could not be happier. It's 98° out, and my new Train heat pump is keeping the house at a comfortable 75°. Well done guys.

Excellent customer service, prompt and excellent quality repairs. Jack was on time and get the AC running again super fast. Forget about the HVAC contractor that redirects you to a call center over seas. This is quality care by local people.

We were provided excellent communication, the technician was on the early end of the time window, and he fixed our issue in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Tyler my technician and Shannon in the office were both fantastic. Super easy to schedule, arrived on time, and Tyler was very knowledgeable and nice to explain everything to me. They worked with me to get a replacement part ordered asap and installed the day it got here. I called 3 other companies and the quote they gave me was still the cheapest. Would recommend to anyone.

What I have to say about Climate Solutions LLC is OH MY GOD - THEY ROCK.

We knew that our existing AC unit was on its last leg and has been for quite a while. On Monday (Memorial Day) it finally crapped the bed. I called Climate Solutions first thing Tuesday morning. They had mechanics, Tyler and Charlie, at the house that afternoon. Tyler told me that there was no need to put any more money in the existing unit, which I already knew. So now I was thinking we would be without AC for weeks, nope, here we are 2 days later and we are sitting in our living room enjoying our delightfully cool air from our new Trane AC unit.

They have been amazing through every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish they did all types of house repairs because I would hire them again.

The tech, Jack came out for a regular check-up and system maintenance—super smooth experience from start to finish. Jack was on time, friendly, and explained everything he needed to do. He made sure everything was running efficiently and even gave a few helpful tips. Great service, no pressure, just honest and professional. The scheduling process was convenient, Shannon was easy to work with and scheduled an appointment quickly. Will definitely be using Climate Solutions again!

Always a pleasure dealing with Climate Solutions. I woke up to NO HEAT today. It was 51 degrees in my house! Not a great day to not have heat, but they had a tech out same day. They did what they said they were gonna do. They showed up on time and the prices are reasonable.

Tyler came out to check our system as part of the 2 year maintenance program. He's a pro - and good guy. Checked wires, voltages, refrigerant, etc on the unit they installed 4 years ago. They make the maintenance program a no-brainer, affordable, easy, and effective.
