The process of getting a quote was easy. The installers were diligent and cleaned up after themselves. The price of the installation was considerably less than other quotes I received without any apparent difference in quality.

I got a Mini-split installed by Taylor Heating and Air. My first contact was Chip Young who was professional and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed and worked with the team to get the unit installed. I am very pleased with the unit and excellent customer service.

First class, locally owned company. Fair pricing and honest, quality work. Will shoot you straight, even if they don’t make a sale that day. The kind of folks you want to partner with for years.

On time, polite , efficient - quickly got old gas system up and running and relit water heater after outage. Whole service cost less than Michaels call out fee.

Just had a heat pump and air handler relaced by Taylor heating and air .
There team of Moses , Chris , Gibson , and Patrick did a great job ... answered all the questions were respectful in there professional manner , installed tested and verified install was correct and fullly functional and lastly there pricing was great better business approved would definitely recommend using them as we would again .

Had several quotes to replace my HVAC and went with Taylor Heating and Air. They responded quickly with options that were detailed, reasonably priced and met my needs. The Installation was professionally completed and the installers took time to answer my questions and when finished cleaned up inside and out.

Friday and Saturday we had a contractor laying Vinyl plank flooring it was only 57 Degrees in my space. Taylor heating and air conditioning were here around mid day on Monday and gone within 20 mins. It was 55 Degrees this morning and was 66 by the time he left!!

I received an incorrect repair diagnosis and an outrageous repair estimate prior to me contacting Taylor’s Heating and A/C. The HVAC Technician correctly identified the issue and was able to repair my unit. I am very pleased with the company’s responsiveness and service. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I contacted the company late at night and the owner got back to me the following morning. He listened while I explained the issue and got his employee to come out the same day. Everyone has been very polite and takes the time to explain everything they’re doing. They also gave me updates on when my technician would be arriving which was extremely helpful. So far, this company is great to work with!

Our backup propane furnace wasn't burning properly and the exhaust fan had given up so when the carbon monoxide detector went off Taylor rearranged their schedule to get someone out right away. They bypassed the the propane so we still had heat while waiting for a new furnace to be delivered and installed. That lasted 3 days over the weekend but then the heat pump kept blowing fuses, so Taylor brought space heaters until the furnace came in and installed it that afternoon. Everyone was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process!

I got a call back almost immediately from the owner himself. I was able to get an appointment the very next day after our system went out. The team was very helpful and got us up and running same day. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service ! Thank you for saving us during the winter storm with no heat. We are very pleased.
