We have used Automatic Climate for years, beginning when they were the only business who could diagnose and fix a problem with our HVAC unit that had been ongoing and had stumped multiple other businesses. We continue to be very impressed with their service, communication, knowledge, and honesty. Shay, Antonio, and Simon have always been friendly and most importantly, talk one on one with us about our unit and its condition. Highly recommend!

I was a customer for five years and my biggest regret is that I did not stop using this company sooner. It felt like every time they came out for maintenance service, they found something to nickel and dime me on. The final straw was try to get me to pay an exorbitant price for duct cleaning. When I looked into it, the EPA says duct cleaning has never been shown to actually prevent health problems. I no longer trust this company and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My technician Jay was awesome. He did a maintenance service for me and diagnosed some issues I was having. Took his time, explained everything to me very clearly, and provided me with options. Dude knows what he's doing, very knowledgeable. This is the second time I've had Automatic Climate out for maintenance and I'd recommend them and Jay to everyone I know.

Technician was on time, personable and professional. He throughly explained everything that he was going to do and identified any concerns. Very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend to other homeowners

I have used Automatic Climate for years and I've been very satisfied. However, we a new HVAC system was installed with an external filter I was not informed that it is my responsibility to replace the filter when the Automatic Climate technician came. They sent two technicians to my home and not once did either technician inform me of this responsibility, neither did the technician inform me that the filter was not changed. When I called to inquire about what size and kind of filter I need the person I called did not know. Also the person on the phone said there is would be a $55
00 charge for them to return to my home to complete what could of been completed initially had to two technicians that came to my home informed me of this requirement. As a long term customer with Automatic Climate I am very disappointed and I wish Automatic Climate did a better job of communicating with customers.

I had a very positive experience with them. They had better financing options, better prices, and were more responsive than other companies I got quotes from. Michael Chris and the whole team were fantastic. Highly recommend

Jackson was good, but you didn't set me another appointment for him to come back. I called on the November 28, 2025, to talk with him and he was off for that long weekend. The guy told me that he'll have him to call me on Monday. Monday came and no call. I called them at 10:00 am and Jackson was on another site. He apologized and I accepted. Then he wanted me to call Jackson in 10 minutes, so I did. I told Jackson to call his boss, so he can come back to my house. They never did.
This is my problem, I was the customer and they didn't show no concerned about my issue. I don’t want that service anymore. So, I called and spoke with Jason, to cancel my service for next year. I paid in full $199.00. Jason was telling me that they don't give me my money because it's non- refundable. I told them to refund my money because I don't want that service anymore. Jackson never told me it was non refundable or what I signed never mentioned that. This company doesn't show respect and not supportive in taking care of the customers. This is my hard earned money and not theirs. I'm going to get in contact with the Attorney General office, and Better Business Bureau and put in a complaint. I want my money back and that all. I'm really disappointed that they made an excuses to keep my $199.00. This company is so unprofessional. I'm posting this, so people will think twice to use this company. I'm a disabled veteran and female of color. They shouldn't treat me any different than any other person. My money is no different. I'm total done with this company.

I have been working with Automatic Climate for over 20 years with my personal home as well as the properties I have managed. The techs and scheduling services have been top notch and I will continue to refer Automatic Climate to friends and clients whenever possible.

Antonio, the technician, provided exceptional HVAC service. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly fixed the issue and now my HVAC system is running perfectly. I highly recommend Automatic Climate Company, especially Antonio!

Aaron J. Visited our home later this evening to follow up with today’s install and the system checked out as it should. The only issue we had was connecting and setting up the wireless thermostat due to the app issues. He was very professional and patient.
John and Joe replaced our 2nd floor gas heating system in a professional manner. Everything went smooth according to them and they finished the job in less time than expected.
Aaron was professional and extremely thorough during his visit to our home. He took the time to explain the workings of our HVAC system and answered every question. To add to the above, I called the office and spoke with both Austin and Jason who were also very helpful while explaining the warranty and transfer of same. We are extremely pleased with Automatic Climate and will highly recommend to anyone who may ask for recommendations.

I chose this company because they did right by an older couple I know at church who I trust deeply. They have been and seemed very trustworthy with me. Every time they've been out they've offered to sell me some sort of fix or upgrade that I have not necessarily needed once I got a second opinion. But they have been extremely polite at my saying yeah I got to look at it first, and when I've come back to them and said yes I do in fact want whatever it is you offered they've done excellent work and they have never gone over the price they quoted me, and they've not one time been weird about something I chose not to do. If there is better than this, I'm happy enough with Automatic Climate that I'm not going to experiment to find out.

I like that he was very knowledgeable and provided me with additional information when it came to my options for my HVAC unit. I strongly recommend them as my experience has been very satisfying. 5 stars for Automatic Climate! They replaced our old furnace with a high-efficiency heat pump/furnace combo. The price was competitive, the communication was excellent, and the system works perfectly. The peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly by pros is worth every penny. Thanks again

Amazing experience with initial install of a brand new unit. A transformer went out 3 weeks later. The team quickly responded and resolved the issue within the hour. They are fast, efficient, and provide quality service AND support. 10/10 highly recommend ⭐️

Aaron did a WONDERFUL job in fixing our issues. Not only was he very mannerable and respectful to not only me, but to my home as well. He made sure that I understood the process that he took to correct our problem and answered all of my questions with ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and appears to enjoy working in this field. Excellent service. In comparison, this is a fair price. They gave me solid advise on how to keep my HVAC system healthy. They did not try to charge more or fix something that didn't need to be repaired.
