I’ve been having very high humidity problems and my couple year old system turned out to have many, many pinhole leaks. Automatic Climate has come and helped me out every time I’ve called. They talked with York and have covered all replacements under warranty. My faith in York’s product has waivered but not my faith in Automatic Climate. They always come through and do their best. Very grateful.

Good experience with Automatic Climate for our spring tune-up. Service technician and trainee technician were both very friendly, polite and professional. I appreciated that they showed me in person a couple concerns which were then noted with pictures in the emailed report so they are easy to show my spouse. I really like having the service contract so the company reaches out to schedule service calls. They have had great continued support of the A/C system they installed a few years ago.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with. They were the original installers of our HVAC back in 2008 when our house was built and we've been using their services since day one. Their techs are ALL top notch and have saved us thousands over the years with their expertise and creative solutions to mechanical issues.

Automatic Climate has always been professional with my family. They were patient and kind and answered all of our questions. The original salesman was aware we have immunocompromised people in our home and happily put on a mask and had his techs do that as well.

Today Najee came out for our 3rd bi-annual check up and was excellent. He was clear about what he was doing, efficient and respectful. He knew my wife and I was working and was quiet while he worked. When he was done he went over future maintenance we may expect but wasn’t pushy at all.

The absolute worst HVAC Supply house to deal with. Terrible customer service. Also no regard for safety as they will damage your vehicle while parked in their lot and take 4 months or more to pay for the damages. Could be more as they still have not pair for the repairs.

I had the coils cleaned in my tankless water heater. Aaron Jernigan was so seemingly competent, so well-mannered, so good explaining what was going on, I am considering switching to Automatic Climate, I will definitely have all the vents in my house blown out in the near future.

So far I've had three service appointments with Automatic Climate and all three of the techs were outstanding. Today Michael did an excellent job keeping me informed with pics and videos of what he was seeing with my heat pump. He's very personable and did a great job.
