I tried to contact them by phone because it's near my house, or at least that's what Google Maps indicates, but the man who answered said they are located in Maryland, so their information is incorrect.

My husband and I have called Hudson for several issues. Sometimes he shows up as soon as the same day and then sometimes it will be as soon as the next day. He does good work and is very friendly.

They have helped us and done excellent work on both really big jobs (digging up parking lot and replacing lots of pipes) to regular household problems. Always reliable and professional. Will never use anyone else!

I’ve used Hudson for plumbing work repair, hot water heater replacement, and a full HVAC install and will continue to call them for service. The first call was for renters destroying a garbage disposal and Bobby showed up quicker than expected and even helped coach the difficult renters on what is and is not acceptable to place down the drain. The second call was a repeat of the first call a few weeks later, as I said difficult renters. The third call was to replace my hot water heater with a tankless and that was one of the best purchases I’ve made. That job was completed quickly and we had minimal interruption to our daily needs while they were working. The fourth call was when my HVAC decided to split into two during the summer so getting prompt and good service was critical. My point is they do what they say and complete within the estimated time they provide before starting so you can plan your life accordingly. Everyone is professional, courteous and helpful and if I am unfortunate enough to have a fifth call I will be calling Hudson.

Another job well done by Hudson, this time I had Reed on the job. Today’s work was preventative service on 3 HVAC units and tankless water heater maintenance. Reed explained the work and showed me the results of the HVAC tests which gave me another level of assurance that things should run like a well oiled machine in the hottest part of the upcoming summer. I appreciate the peace of mind provided by the maintenance services as well as the quality of work.

Great customer service. Our A/C unit stopped working and we called multiple other companies. The other companies all had a wait time of 3-5 days. I called Hudson and they came to my house at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon to make sure we had A/C through the weekend. We are unbelievably grateful as we have a 3 month old baby. I used Hudson plumbing and heating service for my first time yesterday. They came with the same day service request in the afternoon. And they fixed my lower bathroom toilet that was leaking into the basement below. They were on time, professional, did an excellent job, and took the time to explain everything to me while it was going on. All I could hope for really. Their pricing seems to be fair and competitive. I would consider using them again and I recommend them!

Chip came to our house and answered all of our questions and left a detailed invoice of the work that would be done. On the work day, the team arrived promptly and immediately got to work. They were professional and enjoyable to work with. A day after the installation, Wes Taylor came to the house to be sure we were pleased with the outcome.
