After reading all the good reviews I had to leave my own .Patrick and Chris were very polite and got the job done in the time frame they told me They worked in very hot temperatures in the 90s and didn't complain I asked if they wanted to come in and cool off a little but they both refused and continued working.I had my AC unit replaced and my house feels great with the thermostat set on 75 I highly recommend Taylor heating and cooling they are the best. I hope Patrick and Chris get a raise they are hard working employees that deserve one.

Taylor H&A has been doing our semi-annual servicing for nearly 8 years and they have always been friendly and done a good job. Recently, we asked if we could address airflow issues that we had with our HVAC system. Chip came by and took a look and gave us a very detailed assessment of our current system and what changes could be made to make the airflow in our home better. Within a week they started on the job and finished within a few days. Everyone we encountered was professional and friendly and they did an excellent job on the project. The difference in the airflow and temperature in our home is dramatic, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Repeat customer. I just had the second unit replaced using Taylor Heating and Air by Derek and Juan. The first unit was replaced 4 years ago. Wes was able to answer my questions and I went with a newer split system on the left in the pic that's much quieter and very efficient. T99 thermostat with WiFi is awesome. Installers took their time and we're very professional.

I found Taylor Heating and Air on the internet. I am so elated that this happened. When I called I spoke with Gerald Taylor, who is the owner. After our conversation I knew beyond a doubt I had found the right company to assist me with my heating & air needs.
Needless to say, the very next day, his son Wes Taylor came over to access everything. He was just as professional as his dad, and stated that they would be able to help me out. Another super feature about this company is that they have their own financing service. That was a plus for me. As a result, all the paper work was completed, and a date of installation was scheduled. Plus a reminder email was sent to me letting me know when my installation was to take place.
On Friday, December 29th, 2023, Moses, who is one of their Mechanics, came over, introduced himself letting me know he would take care of this situation. He worked professionally all day. Upon completion, he made sure every vent in this house was open, took out the old filters, letting me know they needed replacing. He thoroughly went over how the thermostat worked, and left the manual as well. Additionally, he showed me the awesome new Heat Pump. He worked solo, and just did a phenomenal job. My husband and I are very excited, blessed, and most of all warm. This is just a brief overview, but this is truly a very professional company who takes pride in what they do. We are so pleased that God led us to them. Continued blessings to Taylor Heating and Air, along with their staff.

These gentlemen heard noises from my panel box, advised me to contact an electrician, which we did.
The panel box was bad, and it was replaced today.
We’re grateful to Taylor Heating & Air for spotting this hazard.

We just used Taylor's to replace our Heat and AC and they are super all the way around, Chip came out and gave us our estimate and worked with us to get financing and scheduled us within a week. Speaking to the office staff as well as Mr.Taylor, they were all very professional and on point. The two guys that were sent to put it in were super as well. They showed up at 9am and keep us informed on what was going on during the install. I highly recommend this company for all your Heat/AC repairs. I had 4 quotes and they were almost $4000 cheaper than anyone else, Thank you for all you done for our home.

Dillon came out inspected and cleaned the HVAC unit.. a lot better experience, than the last few companies that.. just "inspected" the system.
They cleaned the coils, and checked the coolant.

Great service! My first in person contact was with Chip who made me feel comfortable and reassuring about the service. The technicians Patrick, Chris and David were professional and knew their jobs. Gerald the owner called me before the service was started and after the HVAC installation, which was wonderful. Most of all it was within my budget, great pricing. I would recommend this company to others.

The whole process of getting anew heat pump went smooth. Andy in sales was very straightforward and gave me good information to make an informed decision. After signing the contract they came out with in a few days to install. David and Moses were thorough and took extra care to make sure they didn’t leave a mess. I appreciated that Moses showed me in detail the work they did in the attic. They finished the job in 1 day as stated. They charged what I believe to be a fair price for the job and am completely satisfied.

(2) Taylor is our go to company, called for service to our ac/heat pump. David is amazing with getting us a quick appointment, ordering the part and fixing the problem promptly! Technicians were awesome! AAA Company!
(1) Used this company twice, 1st time install new complete HVAC system, water heater and electrical upgrade. 2nd and recent time, Complete bathroom reno due to water damage. Carlos, Marlo and Daniel got the job done fast and did the job right from start to finish. Very professional/friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. I will never do business with these people again. Unbelievable what they have put me through during this frigid weather after new equipment I purchased from them failed. Once they have your money, you will never see or hear from them again. They truly couldn’t care less.

I was truly impressed with the service provided by your technician, Daniel Lowe. He was prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Daniel took the time to clearly explain the work being performed on our units, which I really appreciated.

He arrived exactly on time, wore protective foot coverings to keep our floors clean, worked efficiently, and ensured all areas were spotless before leaving. In addition to servicing our system, he gave helpful tips on maintaining our units—especially regarding air filter replacement.
