This was our very first experience getting our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. KOHMAR Air Duct Cleaning were very professional from the person setting up the appointment, the person conducting
the estimate and the 3 gentlemen, Buzz, Greg and Andrew that came to do the project. They explained thoroughly with us all that they were going to do. The quote we received was very fair for all the work they did and in the manner in which they did it. Great care was taken with our home and all areas they were working in. The guys that came to perform the work were polite, professional and well spoken. They explained clearly to us what to expect. They all worked well together as a team should. They cleaned up very well when they were done. Final walk through was also performed. Each of the guys were certified which tells us the owner of the company takes great pride in the quality of work they do for their customers. We are very pleased with the final results. We look forward to having then come out to do scheduled maintenance for us. We highly recommend KOHMAR Air Duct Cleaning.

They were good but, not as good as they were when I used them in 2020. They had to send a team back to fix all the vents in the ceiling that were put back incorrectly. Also, I was promised follow up pictures of the work and I am still waiting for them.

This was a great crew that cleaned the duct system, sanitized the vents, and cleaned the dryer vent. Dalton, Charleston, Jerry, and John arrived on time and worked all day cleaning out a very dirty system from recent construction. They went over and beyond addressing moisture from a bathroom vent. They are a very professional group. I probably will no longer have to run the dryer through 2 cycles , now that they unclogged the vent. I highly recommend this company.

Christian P. and Dalten F. arrived promptly Monday, September. 8, 2025. Christian had previously explained the process but reiterated a few key points. I was impressed as they had to bring awkward equipment into the house and up the stairs, but they did so very carefully. They took off/and/or covered their boots without me asking, which was appreciated. They worked their magic inside and out, got the air flowing in my downstairs bathroom, which had stopped working, cleaned both HVAC zones, the vents, replaced my filters, and cleaned up behind themselves. The house smells clean and fresh, the air appears to be flowing even better than before. The equipment was not nearly as loud as I thought it would be.

Just so know, I've had ducts cleaned on a previous home, so I understood the pricing and the process. They were competitive. They did a great job!

Jeramiah and the crew that came out to our home for duct cleaning were very courteous and careful and diligent. They kept me informed and asked if I had any questions. When some confusion occurred over the estimate based on the original on site quote, Kohmar took care of the problem. This was a hard working crew! They did a great job

We had a terrible dust problem in our hvac system. Techs Tone and Ahsan came to our home on time and were very informative and knowledgeable. They took great care and were very respectful of our home. Throughout the service they answered any questions I had. Seeing how detailed both tech were I’m confident that we will be breathing easy from here on out.

One look at the photos proves this crew was not scared of a snow surprise. To coin a well-worn expression, “they set our ducts in a row”. Each and everyone answered my many questions fueled by my Duct-Research. And with each answer, they gave excellent recommendations paired with my stated preferences and concerns to reduce costs, risks, or regrets.

So my mind can now rest assured that my Ducts are clean, biologically disinfected, and working as expected. Plus the bonus cleaning of our Dryer Duct, and the finishing techniques for vacuuming the job site, left us very satisfied.

Karla, Charleston, and the team, all were very professional. They were very consciousness about not scraping walls and floors, and the workers were thoughtful and friendly. They did a fantastic job ensuring that the ductwork was thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend Kohmar.

While my review is a month late, my opinion remains - Kohmar did a great job! We were under a medical timeline to get duct work cleaned. From the time I called the office and spoke with Karla till Christian came for a walk-thru to estimate the job until Charleston and team came to do the job, it was approximately 10 days. They made every attempt to work with me to accommodate this medical urgency. Charleston and his team, Jake and Sean, arrived on time and at every step of the process Charleston shared pictures and any concerns. They draped everything to ensure minimal mess to the house and did a thorough clean-up job. The guys were professional, very pleasant, and courteous. The same can be said for Christian when he came to do the walk-through, as well as Karla in the office. I would highly recommend Kohmar. I cannot say enough about their willingness to balance my tight schedule against their full calendar. Thank you Kohmar!
