I have used James River for various service issues over at least 22 years and have always been please with their responsiveness and service. This time I had my tankless hot water flushed. James, the technician, was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient.

James river heating installed a new Bosch heat pump system for my upstairs. they arrived on time. the installation went very smooth. after the job was completed, i was given instructions on the new system. they cleaned up the work area and than left for the day. the system works great. i will use James river heating for future projects.

Sam Wiley did an awesome job in getting our unit running this evening. He was so polite and I enjoyed talking with him, along with having our air conditioning repaired. He offered us a great service plan that was so reasonable to get our units serviced annually. I don't usually buy any service plans, but this one was very reasonable and it just made sense. I was reluctant to use a large company, but wow, I am impressed and I will be a loyal customer forever. Thanks to Sam Wiley and his wonderful customer service, we are so grateful.

My heat stopped working and Tim came to see what was wrong. He quickly found the issue and solved it right away. He was very professional and nice. They should give this man a raise!

Both technicians provide excellent service, checked everything out completely. Found a bad relay about to go bad and replace it before it completely failed. Both pleasant, courteous and friendly. Always have great service with James River.

Needed a new air handler and heat pump. The techs arrived at 7:30 in the morning and worked nonstop til 2:30 in afternoon. They were courteous and professional. They moved things around that were too heavy for me to lift. Answered all my questions, showed me how to work my new thermostat. Couldn't be happier with the service Chris and Jackson provided. James came in an emergency with a badly leaking pipe under my house, and had to break through lots of ice and work in freezing conditions, but he did it with a smile on his face. I’ve been using James River Air Conditioning for a few years now and it has always been a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the service. I know I'm going to get there names wrong. But I called the day after Christmas to get a toilet installed. Stephine sent someone out with in an hour and a half. Mr Osteen and his assistant (sorry can't remember your name) were not only very professional, but were very knowledgeable. 5 Stars all the way from the first call to the end. Thank You!!

Heater went out and called them when i saw the reviews. They were ready to come take a look next day but because of my schedule had to hold off a day. SaQuan arrived early the scheduled day and was super friendly. Showed him the problem and he immediately went into the crawl space to have a look. 20 mins later, he came out and had fixed the problem (loose wire). Asked him a bunch of other questions and I could tell, he was very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if another problem comes up.

I cannot say enough great things about James River Air! After years of struggling with high humidity in my home and multiple HVAC companies brushing me off with quick sales pitches to replace my entire system, I finally called James River Air—and I am so glad I did. From the very first phone call with the office staff, to the sales team, and most of all my technician, Mark Corey, the experience was outstanding.

James, the service technician, was excellent. He was professional and diagnosed and fixed a minor leak from an old gas line hookup and fixed it very quickly!
