After purchasing the building in which our business operates, I contacted Dominion to start regular maintenance of our system. I called and spoke to someone in March and was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment for a regular servicing and check-up. I did not receive a call back so in April, I went onto the website and sent in a request for the same thing and mentioned I had not been called back. 2 weeks later, Dominion called me, apologizing for not getting back in touch initially. When I informed them that the building was under new ownership, the woman told me I would have to speak to an account specialist to arrange a new contract. I was assured that I would be contacted and we would have service shortly. That was at the end of May. 2 weeks later, still nothing. This company has now lost our business and I hope other small businesses see how they treat "less than corporate" companies. I'm not sure how a place can stay in business with so much competition (competitors wanting to earn my money by actually engaging me) and with the mindset that there are places like us that are seemingly too unimportant to call back.

Heating & Air Conditioning provided reliable and fast repairs.

Dominion helped us upgrade or old HVAC cobbler together system with a well designed and installed new system a few years ago.

Years later runs like a champion, and when we had a hot spell recently and the upstairs system wasn’t working well Dominion had a repair tech out and workin gainer than I could put down the phone. Up and running very quickly!

He was able to come out quickly and remedy the situation. He explained the work that he did and the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Derek and his crew are always professional. I signed up for their yearly maintenance for all three of my AC/Heating units and my fireplaces a couple years ago and have never been disappointed.

I have an almost 100 year old house, so Derek had to get creative to get done what I wanted, but he put his mind to it and did it!
