Great experience. The tech did an amazing job by identifying the problem and resulted in a quick solution. He was very knowledgeable and I am happy he was able to fix my AC problem.

Great experience with DNA. Easy online scheduling and communication. Actually the office called due to a reschedule and Derek came a day early. I have been retired from the HVAC & mechanical industry and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and most importantly…troubleshooting skills. In no time Derek traced the issue down to a chaffed wire in the outdoor unit. Very impressed!!! Thanks to the DNA team.

Had a referral from a well respected colleague and friend to contact this company for a fresh new install for our farm house.i went over my thoughts and concerns and he came up with a game plan for split units one in each room of the house (thank God).
Derrick not only took my call long with the very accommodating office manager,came all the way to Amelia to get my install done with a fair price considering the drive to our home.
Derrick was on par with making sure how we felt during and after the install, he called checked on us 30 days later to make sure everything was running smooth and as it should and our house was comfy for the kids.
Had an issue with one unit for a brief moment he answered at night and called me back immediately and helped me remedy the easy which was just batteries in the remote!!
Highly highly recommend DNA HEATING AND COOLING if you don't want to be ripped off, and have quality work done with a decent customer service experience.

Derek and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my inside and outside units that had failed. He was courteous and professional and gave a more than reasonable price for the system. I would recommend him highly to anyone in the future. Derek goes above and beyond and even pointed out issues around my condo complex that were faulty, he always has his eyes open!!

But yeah, DNA is great. They have always been upfront with me, the prices are reasonable, and they let me know about potential issues, while not just selling me something to sell me something.

We have used DNA Heating and Cooling for multiple HVAC and plumbing needs, and it has been a wonderful experience every time! We have used plenty of different companies over the years, but will be strictly working with Derek and DNA from now on. They have been able to fit us in to their busy schedule in an emergency, given us real straightforward information about what we need to have done, and we never feel like we are being pressured or sold something we don’t need. I HIGHLY recommend DNA to anyone in need of the services they offer!

05/05/25 Today Derek with DNA came out to help us with what turned out to be a minor repair/adjustment and some education with our mini split HVAC. Just as before Derek did a great job, good communication on appointment time and arrival, quick understanding of concerns and identifying the issue; followed by a full explanation and photos of repair. I really appreciate the service!

My largest project to date with DNA was recently completed and I am very pleased with the outcome. Derek and Jeff came to install a mini split system that included one outdoor unit and two indoor room units. I love these mini splits, and they are defiantly the way to go if you have spaces like my basement that are hard to keep comfortable with the standard system. DNA really did a great job with this install both with quality of product and workmanship. Derek was patient and worked with me on the best install locations, they took good care running the plumbing and electrical to get it all set up. I am really pleased with everything!

I just had a complete system replacement including all new ductwork throughout. The entire process from the initial consultation to the planning and execution went great. After speaking with Derek about the install I felt at ease about my decision to go with DNA heating and cooling. Derek was honest and up front and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell me something. I would not hesitate to recommend DNA Heating and Cooling to anyone who may be in need of there services. Larry was super knowledgeable and polite! He did a great job cleaning out the coil vents and eased my anxiety about the system itself potentially being too small. I’ll be sticking to DNA for future tune ups and problems for sure!

Derek and Larry were quick, knowledgeable, and gave me plenty of useful information about my home’s air system (as well as some good pointers about trouble spots in my attic). I’ll definitely be calling them in the future if I have any problems with my HVAC system.
