Got my entire HVAC system replaced and River City gave me a quote and ended up getting me a better price than originally quoted! Repair took longer than I had anticipated but they communicated with me the whole time and didn't leave a huge mess behind! Overall I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to family and friends!

My experience with River City was exceptional. My 8 month old Trane system had a motor go bad and RC responded quickly to my problem. System is working perfectly now so I am pleased. I'm a little disappointed my brand new Trane has issues already, but that's not RC's fault.

Excellent customer service! Technician explained everything as he was doing it and in a way I understood. Also, love the text feature where it alerts when your technician is arriving (you can track their distance from your house) along with a picture of your technician. Not only did River City gain a new customer, but I'll be recommending to my friends as well!

My husband and I used River City for the first time! Our heat pump needed a check up...we've had it now for about 7 yrs. We found a coupon in a magazine for $59 and they came out to service our unit. The tech's name was Brian, and he did a wonderful job..He cleaned and added some chemicals to our unit and it sounds and looks like a new unit. Thank you Brian for the wonderful job you did!!! I would definitely recommend River City to my family n friends!

The company is well managed, provided top notch systems and installation, warranties and financing. They are dependable and nice guys. Technician John was at my home this week to perform semi annual inspections. He was punctual and professional and even volunteered to help me do some lifting that I could not do because of a disability. I trust this team and think you can too to do the right thing at a great price. I highly endorse them.

This was my first experience with River City H&A. Their technician (John) was quick to diagnose the issue with my outside AC unit, showed me what the problem was, and then explained how it needed to be fixed. The company promptly filed a claim with my warranty company, and a few days later, John returned with the part to make the repairs. John was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly, on time, and neat cleaning up after he was done. Even better was talking to Emily, to schedule both appointments. IT'S SO NICE TO CALL A COMPANY AND ACTUALLY GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING! :) I RARELY write reviews, because I have incredibly High Standards! River City EXCEEDED ALL my best expectations! Well Done!

River City River & Air is a reliable company; very professional and efficient. It was great doing business them. I highly recommend them to anyone. They came to my home quickly to diagnose the issues with my heater; parts were ordered immediately, and the issues were fixed within a day. Ryan and John were able to get out here promptly inspite of their extremely busy schedule during this unusually cold weather and get our furace up and running after they diagnosed the problem. Bobby, the owner, and Danny, one of his technicians, have been excellent. Had an emergency service call over Thanksgiving and Danny was here within the hour. Fixed the problem, explained everything to me, told me upfront costs of emergency service call. Am very pleased with River City HVAC

Our HVAC stopped working . I was able to get a quote from several companies on replacing or repairing, but River City was by far the most helpful and professional. Danny took the time to educate me on the problem and helped me make a decision on which route to take. I even had a chance to talk to the owner who was very transparent and very helpful.
