Matt shoots straight and beats all the competitors’ prices. James and Justin were professional and courteous the entire install. The install was how I envisioned it and they worked clean and fast. The mini spilt is working great so far. Mini spilt Matt was exactly what I needed when I needed them.

Absolutely awesome. Sent him an email on Sunday night as our systrm stopped working. ( Matt had not installed it). He came Monday. He found that the.problem ( remote had died) , recommended a surge protector as well. Took excellent care of us. If you ever need a Mitsubishi mini split systrm or have an issue with your existing you must call him. We are so grateful. Thank you Matt!!

The overall process and installation of system was great.the technicians worked hard and kept me informed of every step . The technicians provided detailed instructions regarding operation and maintenance of the new system. My technicians were Mike,Cody,and Justin. 11/19/2025 I reached out to Matt and Monica with questions about my current split unit and they responded immediately. 11/20 Mike and Cody came out to look at my old unit and I decided to purchase a new unit from them and Mike and Cody installed it that day in under 3 hours. Mike & Justin are top notch installers, detail-oriented, left the job site clean, wiring & mechanical equipment were placed perfectly to show off to my friends & family. The 20K dual zone was the best selection to cool my detached garage reducing mold & mildew while providing cooling & heating at the touch of a couple buttons.

Mike & Monica were seamless with communication, honored original quote from a few months ago that enabled me to press the green light on the purchase. Invoice & contract agreement was provided for record keeping sake which covered the entirety of the job, service & warranty information.

If you are interested in an absolutely quiet, efficient, aesthetically pleasing unit….I’d highly recommend purchasing the Mitsubishi units to your project, whether it would be for your home or garage.

We had our mini split system instaled today!! It will provide us with a valuable addition to our garage, offering air conditioning for the summer and heat for the winter. We utilize our garage frequently, and this upgrade has been highly beneficial. Absolute perfection! Not only did Matt come out on a weekend evening for me to inspect and quote, but the install happened twelve hours later, in and out in three hours with a single, dual-zone external unit with two internal heads, one in each upstairs bedroom. The guys that came to do the install were professional, polite, friendly, and very approachable. The price was very competitive, and you can't beat true professionalism and pride in work. These units are SO much quieter than the portable ACs we were running, and much safer than the portable heaters we ran during the winter. These guys showed up and had the system installed in about 2 hours. They did a great job all the way around. Installation looks great, cleaned up afterwards and explained the operation of the system. Mini-split works great. Cooled the upstairs down real fast. Great job all the way around. I will use Mini Split Matt again!!!!

Such a great experience from start to finish! We needed two new mini lplits for our sunrooms. Matt and Justin came out within the hour of our call and we had our order placed. Matt answered all our questions making sure we were confident with our choice. Matt and team know their product. Installation was fabulous. Justin and Paul were thorough, clean and funny. They conquered our nemesis of a clogged condensation line which was one of our main concerns. We couldn't be happier with our choice of going with Mini Split Matt.

I could not be happier with the work Mini Split Matt and his team did. The installation was extremely clean and professional, especially the electrical work and exterior mounting. Everything looks intentional and well thought out, not like an afterthought. They even left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived.

What really gave me confidence was that they used a premium Mitsubishi system rather than a lower tier option. You can feel the quality in how it runs, and the finish of the install reflects that same level of care. They clearly focus on doing things the right way, not just the fastest or cheapest way.

I also had to place the condenser on the front of the house, which I was concerned about, but they worked with me on placement so it blended in as much as possible. I was referred to this company and I’m honestly so glad I was. I reached out around 9 p.m. on a Friday, not expecting much until the following week, and they were at my house by 9 a.m. Saturday morning with pricing ready to go. Since their office was closed over the weekend, they got me officially scheduled first thing Monday and were here by 12 p.m. that same day. Installation was completely finished by 2:30.

What really stood out to me was the quality. I had multiple other quotes, and they beat them by far on price, but it didn’t feel like I was sacrificing anything. The mini-split itself is top tier, and the installation looks incredibly clean and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work.
They showed up with a full team, four guys total, two handling the outside and two inside, and they had a system. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. It was efficient, organized, and honestly kind of impressive to watch.
I was already satisfied with the other companies I had spoken to, but this experience exceeded every expectation. I highly, highly recommend them. I’ve already been raving about them to friends.

Today is Friday, after getting my quote from Matt. We scheduled for Monday to have my unit installed. Matt called and asked if I wanted it done today. I said sure.
