Hybrid Air installed a brand new Trane system 2 years ago and it broke this past summer during a heat wave. They sent a technician out, diagnosed the issue, and assured me it was fine. The system broke again a couple weeks later during another heat wave. The technician came out again and stated that the overall system was broken due to IMPROPER INSTALLATION. Hybrid Air said I would need to pay over $1000 to fix the issue. When I said I did not think it was justified for me to pay that amount for an issue caused by their own installation they stopped returning my calls and left my family and pregnant wife to figure out how to fix the situation.

I tried to meet them somewhere in the middle and they would not return any emails or calls. I was more than patient but 3 weeks of no response I have reached my limit.

PRAY your system doesn’t have an issue because they will try and take even more money from you or leave you and your family to fend for yourselves!

Hybrid Air removed and replaced my entire HVAC system minus the already installed duct work. Great price, I received five different quotes and they beat someone else’s fair estimate, after I gathered all the info. Their technicians were professional and informative, addressed any issues I mentioned. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our choice in going with Hybrid Air. Additionally, Dean was awesome when he came out to do our estimate.

Got a new gas furnace and A/C done at the same time. They were on time with all appointments, no BS or waiting around, and the price was good. They completed the install of everything in a day and cleaned up completely after themselves. Everything works great. I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

One thing though, to Hybrid Air: come get your yard sign... It's been two weeks now since you said you would get it. You asked me not to throw it away (and I haven't...yet) but it's now in my back yard behind the fence waiting for you to come get it. Other than that, great job. Thanks!

Great service!!! After our A/C stopped working several companies gave us estimates and offers I chose Hybrid Air because they were extremely professional and knowledgeable and to be honest their price, products and warranty just couldn’t be beat! From the first message that they were on the way for an estimate with a pic and bio of Dan who came and ended up educating me and making me feel comfortable and at ease, the coordinator Cynthia ☺️ who was so nice and the technicians who were respectful and courteous and even working through intense heat doing a great job! We have a whole new beautiful (if I may say) HVAC system installed! Just in time to beat all of this heat and humidity!!! Thanks to you all!🙏🏼 I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!

Fast and effective service! Hybrid air was very communicative and technician Joey Lopez was on time and extremely professional. Got the work done quickly for even less money than expected. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

My HVAC and hot water heater needed to be replaced. Both had to be installed in a small utility closet without blocking access to main water valve. The only company who took on the challenge at a very competitive price was Hybrid Air. At my first encounter John did a detailed evaluation, discussed the options, patiently answered my questions. After some phone calls he selected the right size equipment, presented the proposal and scheduled installation. Technicians arrived timely a week later, were very professional and completed the job as promised in 1 day. Entire process went smooth and I had great experience with the team including customer service. They delivered excellent results beyond my expectation.

Professional installation, and very reasonable pricing!! The installers went way beyond and made some great decisions on the install (this is rare to find). Ben Young is very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations to fix some major air flow issues we have had in our home. The system looks great and is night and day compared to the system they replaced. I will definitely be using these guys again to service and replace any units I need in the future. Great experience!!

Booking an appointment was super easy, and they were able to accommodate a same-day appointment for a heating issue. I like how you get a text message of who’s going to be coming to your house for the service and some background about them - it’s an appreciated added level of safety for the customer! The technician was thorough and professional with his work. At the end I had heat! Definitely would recommend and it was an overall great experience.

The technician, Bryan was awesome. He was very professional and listened to what I had to say. He was honest and upfront about the possible problem with my hot water heater. He didn't try to automatically sell me a new heater. We both agreed to try the fix to see if that was the problem instead of replacing the hot water heater. He explained everything to me and didn't talk down to me. I was very pleased with Bryan and his professionalism. I will use Hybrid again for my future plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you Hybrid.

Hybrid Air scheduled me the same day to provide me a estimate on replacing my hot water heater. Jammal was a great technician. He answered all my questions, provided me with several options and he was able to expertly perform the job the same day! I highly recommend them and him if you have any plumbing issues.

After seeking appraisals from 5 different contractors for the replacement of my dual zone heating and a/c. Ben from Hybrid Air by far had the most professional and complete proposal. The installation of my 2 units went very smooth. The installers were professional, informative and very thorough. We were particularly impressed with the manner in which they stopped what they were doing several times during the installation to tell us exactly what they were doing and how far along they were. The installers worked together like team, making sure they did everything right. So far we are very impressed with the quality of our new units. Ben has continued to follow-up with us to ensure we are happy with our new units. So if your are looking for a new HVAC contractor, save yourself sometime and call Ben at Hybrid Air first !

I first worked with Bruce who came out did a thorough job of looking the house over and explaining everything to me. He was a GREAT help. I chose Hybrid Air because of the customer service, and Bruce's spirit. Hybrid air was my 4th quote. Now let's talk about Dalton and Christian the two guys that came to do the actual work. Very professional, punctual, and they explained everything that they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. They were finished in the 3 days that I was told. Awesome service and I would definitely recommend Hybrid Air to anyone that asks. JOB WELL DONE!!!

I had been warned for a few years by maintenance techs that my old air conditioner was old and I might want to start planning for a new one. So when my air conditioning when out at the end of August, it wasn’t a total surprise. I had an estimate from Hybrid Air and got the replacement air conditioner/furnace work completed within a few days. AND I was especially and pleasantly surprised when they told me I could temporarily have a free portable room air conditioner until the job was completed. I am very happy with installation technicians and other staff - and am enjoying my nice cool house again.

Aaron contacted us 15-20 minutes before arriving by phone. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly all while explaining how the system works. I was very impressed with the whole experience and will be contacting Hybrid Air to purchase a maintenance plan. I have found my trusted HVAC company. I called Hybrid Air at 8am because my house was 80 degrees and the day was going to be in the 90s. They re routed a tech and he was at my door within a couple of hours. Job was completed professionally and we were given details as to what was done and what to expect. Unfortunately we had to sleep in 80 degrees, no fault of the repair, (we were told it would take several hours to cool and the high humidity would affect the cooling) but we woke up to a freezing 68 degrees and it actually felt good to step outside in the heat. Customer service was outstanding as well. Our point of contact, Kelly, made sure we were up to date on calls, concerns, and service. She was exceptional in relaying messages from techs to us when we had concerns and reassuring us of things in detail. Price was a little higher than expected but I treat service like I treat my food. I’d far rather pay a little more for a great experience than to walk away unsatisfied. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC service.

Hybrid Air stood head and shoulders above competitors for their fast and professional response. Hybrid Air’s serviceman, Chris, was early for the scheduled appointment and conducted the consultation very professionally. He presented all the options. He also offered and delivered temporary window units until he could complete the installation of the new A/C compressor. Installation was completed on time and he hauled away all the old parts. All contacts with Hybrid Air was a breath of fresh air, especially Chris. Hybrid Air is highly recommended for their genuine care for their customers.

In June of 2020, I purchased a brand new Trane Heat pump and Air Handler from Hybrid Air(my A/C went out and it was an old system so I decided to replace it) The Technicians were very respectful and professional when they installed. In December of 2020 my power bill was 3 times as much as it usually is so I called Hybrid Air and asked for someone to come check out my system. The next Technician told me that my ventilation pipes that were installed are too small for the system and the original Technicians who installed no longer work for Hybrid Air. (Hybrid Air replaced the ventilation pipes free of charge hence the 2 star review and not a 1 star). The next summer(June 2021), my A/C went out AGAIN. Hybrid Air sent another Technician out who discovered and replaced a switchboard on my Air Handler(outside unit) again free of charge. My brand new system worked well for the winter of 2021. In April of 2022, I went to a different company for a Tune Up Check on my system and decided to avoid Hybrid Air because of all the issues up to this point. The new technician from the new company came to my house and told me that my system was leaking refrigerant from an area that was improperly installed. Now, on my 2 year old system purchased through and installed by Hybrid Air, I have to pay for 8 lbs of refrigerant and 2 missing caps that are not up to code. (Total costs throughout this process: $10,500 for the brand new system, $3,000 for repairs in a 2 year span)I don’t even want to approach Hybrid Air for fear of anymore unexpected costs. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star review is because Hybrid Air technicians are very respectful and professional. I would not recommend using them.

I purchased my AC through Hybrid last Aug. Very Satisfied. Received my second AC check up visit today that was included with that purchase. The Technician today was Shawn P. I mentioned to him that my humidity level had not improved with the new unit as I had expected. He immediately knew what to check for. My unit has a sub cooling capacity of -8. He inspected and found my capability was only set at -1. Over the years I have had and known many A/C techs. This guy knows his stuff. I am 100% satisfied with his work today and very pleased with the responsiveness of Hybrid Air Inc, to continue to look after me as a customer.

Our technician was Tom and he was amazing. Knowledgeable, efficient, helped us learn more about our system and the conversation was great as well. They called me this morning and penciled me in for this afternoon. Every other place couldn't get to me until Monday. Quick response, efficient workers, didn't break the bank, I highly recommend Hybrid Air.

Shawn performed our semi-annual maintenance today and did an outstandingly thorough job. . He checked for things most techs don't bother with, correcting problems as he found them. This is the first time in 5 years that I felt I was getting my money's worth out of the maintenance agreement . He was highly professional , knowledgeable, and helpful. I will attempt to get his services again for my next checkup.

Hybrid Air came and check my geothermal unit the same day I called. Chris was very professional. He explained to me what was wrong with my unit. Why it's not working and showed me all the things that were patches and pieced together. I will be using them in the near future. Thank you for coming so fast and explaining my issues with my unit.

This is my second time calling Hybrid Air to come out for my AC after it stop working. I had a new unit install because my old unit was so messed up by the last company that worked on it. I would like to thank Shawn for coming out and checking and installing my new unit. Shawn was very professional and the work he did on my unit was outstanding. He took care of everything and explain what he was doing and about the new unit. I think he is just great. Thank you for sending him and thanks for my new unit. Love it. Recommended Hybrid Air to all my friends.
