If you're reading this pay attention - YOU CANT HAVE TRUCKS BRINGING DELIVERIES IN AND HAVE THEM SITTING ON DOCKS FOR HOURS. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S JUST A SMALL PARTIAL. 3+hrs - not cool!

I have been an HVAC tech for quite a while and Allied and hold their own against any supplier in town my point is you guys should give ruud a chance because it really is pretty good equipment and their service is pretty friendly and professional

Bought a Vacuum Pump
Vp85 from them A little over a year ago now, called because it quit working 3 months before the warranty ran out, Twice I called and asked for Help on a repair and they never got back to me after telling me they would call fieldpiece and Have me bring it in, Now its past the warranty and fieldpiece wont warranty it... customer service isn't very high on They're list when its a small item. Really Sad Because I Bought most of my tools from them too.

DO NOT get your equipment from this company. I have had issues with the system that came from this distributor since the first day I had it. On that day, they refused to give a new system and expected the installer to replace several parts in the system to finally get it to (apparently temporarily) work. The unit has stopped working numerous times and I am now being told it will be at least a week before the part will come in. At first it was 2-3 weeks until I pushed back. This company does not stand behind their products and will expect your family to sit in heat and then will only replace a part and not try to be helpful at all. I spent thousands of dollars to have my AC not work and continue to lose money with not wanting to warm the house up even more by cooking or running the dishwasher/washer/dryer. I was given the run around today and i’m over it.

Better mark yourself off a couple hours to get anything from here.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable! Aaron was our technician. He did a cleaning and inspection and he took the time to explain what was going on with our A/C unit, which had been running at poor performance and making loud buzzing/humming/trickling noises for the past few days. After receiving the diagnosis and suggestions, we decided to replace our 20-yr old unit instead of repairing it. We were able to receive a quote from the owner over the phone immediately and they will be coming out rush tomorrow to install the new system. We cannot be more thankful for the expeditious process that was taken by Hybrid Air to ensure we don’t faint from the heat of this warm VB Summer ahead.

This company is top notch. We’ve used them since we moved here three years ago and they are extremely professional and easy to work with. They always send you an email letting you know when your technician will arrive along with a picture and a short bio. They are always on time and always friendly, especially to my little dog who loves to attack their blue foot booties! We had a recent problem with our AC and when they couldn’t get the part immediately, they brought out two window air-conditioners and installed them, even taking the time to tape up the side so bugs could not get in. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

I was able to get a same day estimate and once I accepted the estimate I was able to get an appointment the next business day. The workers who arrived to my home were polite, introduced themselves with their names and got to work. The work was done much quicker then I anticipated and I had brand new duct work and was running heat once again. Happy to use a company that a friend recommended based on his positive experience and will refer this company to any friend who needs HVAC work.

We have used many plumbers over the past weekend Hybrid Air was by far the best!!!! Free estimate and they were able to install our water heater the same day in just a few hours. Jamall was wonderful!

Highly recommend hybrid air, the technicians were punctual, professional and friendly. I was having an air distribution problem, three out of my four bedrooms were getting close to zero AC/heat. These guys came in and did a fantastic job! The ducting in the attic looks 100 times more organized now and every room in the house matches what the thermostat is set to, thanks again guys😁

I am in the process of selling a condo and the HVAC did not pass home inspection. I had to quickly replace it and HYBRID was able to get a new one installed in just a few days. Installation went well and everything works fine. My only complaints are that the front panel of the furnace no longer fits properly and was secured in place with an adhesive tape. I didn’t notice this until after the technician left. I think he should have brought that to my attention. Also, he replaced the thermostat, which is fine, but he took the old one with him. The old one was virtually brand new as I had installed it a couple weeks earlier. I would have liked to have kept that one.

Called Hybrid Air for a free estimate. Kurtis was very helpful and professional. He was very thorough explaining everything and helpful finding a system that fit my budget. The crew that installed was very polite, clean, and professional. Everything is working great! Would recommend this company to family and friends.

I just had a surge protector installed. The technician who came out was Jake Tuel and he is very professional and understanding of what I wanted and explains things in a way that I never feel talk down to. He did the service quickly and he made sure everything was clean and picked up after him self so I didn’t have anything to worry about. I feel like he treated my home with the same respect he would treat his own home. Thank you Hybrid Air for the great service!

I had put on home advisor that I needed help with my air handler, it was leaking. The owner of Hybrid Air, Ben, contacted me within an hour of my post. And just 30 minutes later Aaron was at my front door ( this was at 9 at night). Luckily it was something that was an easy fix and they saved us a lot of money. I would recommend this company to everyone, including my family. They are prompt, polite and honest!

All in all, Hybrid Air was a great company to work with. I replaced a 20+ year old Janitrol, 4 ton heat pump unit and refrigerant line set, with a much more efficient Trane unit. The initial quote was much higher than I expected, but they were willing to lower their price to meet the competition.

After coming to terms on price, their installation team was out in 2 days (end of January). The job took 6 hours to replace the outside unit and the air handler in the attic. The team was courteous and clean, and I have very little to complain about on the quality of the installation.

Bruce was my salesperson, and he was very engaged in making sure I had multiple options and tried to find ways to improve the overall comfort level of the HVAC unit in our three level home.

Overall Hybrid Air was very responsive, courteous, and competitive.
