Responded very quickly to my service call. In less than 24 the technician was on my doorstep ready to work. Showed me the roots of the HVAC problem, fixed the issue and promised to follow up within a couple of days to ensure problem was completely solved. 100% recommended 👍

Needed to replace our outdoor unit. After chasing a few other companies to get quotes and being quoted 13k+, I was blessed to come across Alex hvac. They picked up on the first ring, sent someone out same day, and next day came and installed our unit! Their team were kind and courteous and showed excellent customer service.

Update 11/25 — still great nearly a year later, as I asked them to continue routine service after the new system installation last year. I’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors, and all of them have also been very happy with Alex, Miguel, Alex Jr, and the team. They work really hard, do high quality work, and make it easy to schedule.

Original review — First google review ever because the owner and his team were really that great. They completed a full system replacement, including a lot of custom work. In advance, Alex answered several questions I had since this was a large project, and I was also learning along the way. All the team members were great, too. This was my first major contracted project as a homeowner, so for me everything was a little bit of a leap of faith in selecting the right people for this job. Based on this experience, I definitely plan to call them again for future maintenance or if something comes up that they can help fix. (I've already recommended Alex and his team to a neighbor who told me she will soon need to find a new HVAC company.)

Hector was on time & very informative about what needs to be replaced. He took pictures of items, waiting for pricing & when to be installed.

I called Alex and they set up the schedule quickly. Repair was done the same day, the price was fair, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Carlos is amazing. He explained the problem and quickly fixed my HVAC unit. If you want a company that is honest and reasonable, you definitely want to check them out, you won’t be disappointed. I have used there services for over 5 years and always accessible when I have an issue.

Very happy with the level of service. We had Alex HVAC put in a new HVAC system as part of a remodel. They were extremely quick to come out immediately when the furnace wouldn't turn on, and remedy the issue.

Alex HVAC has been a huge blessing. I had my water heater stop working two days before Christmas eve and Alex sent out his technicians the very next day to change out my water heater. Miguel, Alex and his other technicians were professional and polite. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Once again thank you Alex

Unfortunately, my outdoor unit stopped working. Since I previously had a great experience with Alex HVAC, I didn’t hesitate to call them again to take a look. Super great experience. The technician worked with my wife (I was not home) and it was no fuss no muss. No jargon, no alarms... no hidden fees, no its time to replace your whole system. 100% here is the state of your HVAC, what I did to fix it and some recommendations to keep this HVAC running as long as possible. Super excellent Carrier technician. I guess this is an update. Had a heat issue that started at the end of last season. Alex and Co assessed and solved within two days for a good price. Couldn't be happier still....

Alex HVAC was very professional. As a woman homeowner, I worry about being overcharged for services, so I was pleasantly surprised when Alejandro stopped by for an estimate, and quoted me a great price to replace my condenser and coils. He was very nice, and even offered advice on what to do with some unrelated appliances in my home. Their installation team was prompt and the work was done quickly and cleanly. There was also constant communication throughout the process. I’ll absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

My name is Marina Davis and this company sign a contract with me for $16 K to place a new HVAC system. It was small commercial project in Bethesda. Everything they could do wrong, they did wrong. They DID NOT read Permit requirements. The insulations was wrong, nothing was done correctly. After one year system was completely broken, I asked to fix. After scheming me at their office, they said in one year maybe they will show up, of course if I pay again. Now, I had to redo the insulation, fixed a broken issue, and changed mechanical plans. Horrible people to deal with. NOT RECOMMEND them if you don't want to get HORRIBLE job and ended up in Court with them!
