Miguel A was a pleasure and very informative. He repaired and noticed there was a loose screw that was not screwed in. He fixed that issue as well. Now when the a/c comes on it's not loud and obnoxious to where the whole neighborhood could hear it. Great customer service and good working with Junior. Very professional website and user friendly.

It turned out to be a small patch of surface mold on a group of wires outside the unit, nothing inside the ducts at all. Alex simply wiped it off with bleach and it was done. No major mold issue, no contamination, and definitely nothing worth $5,000.
