Maurice was able to fix the problem and did a wonderful job at explaining everything that was going on and gave helpful recommendations and next steps. Something that other techs did not do or let us know when they came. I called in the morning and he quickly came to my house which I highly appreciated as I know these winter months are busy. I highly recommend!

Recently during an usual bitter cold period in our area, our heating system suddenly stopped working. Like most homeowners in moments like that, panic quickly becomes apparent. I was driving to a local hardware store and during my travel I accidently had an Alex HVAC business van right next to me in traffic. I called and spoke to Alex and subsequently made an appointment for a few hours later that same day. Greatest act of random ever to have had the pleasure to be lucky enough to have a knowledgeable and honest person save our day! Alejandro and his team are amazing! We had an old AC system that went out after 25 years! The area where the AC system was difficult to access and I was quoted high prices and even told they may have to tear down a wall. Alex HVAC gave me the best deal and completed it with no issues. Will definitely recommend them!

EXCELENT SERVICE. I arranged for a no heat issue for my elderly friend who had been without heat for several days. Alex was prompt arriving - very concerned - and acted immediately to resolve the gas issue. It was so obvious he was quite concern and compassionate about my friend and her dilemma. He left her residence - went to stores - and returned with a new heater & new warm blanket. My friend & I were so amazed & we still are.

Alex is amazing!!! He conducted and inspected our AC/ Heat Unit. We also wanted a second opinion as we did not trust what another HVAC company had relayed to us that we needed to replace a heat exchange (very expensive). Alex did a fantastic job.
