Cool Tech is a very polite, courteous,reliable, professional, clean and excellent service. Called Cool Tech, to repair my commercial freezer equipment. He asked me what was the issue, the model, serial # and make. He came the same day to repair the problem. He educates you of your equipment why it failed to work. He explained thoroughly what has to be done and informed me the does and don't to prevent the equipment from failing. The price to repair the equipment was very reasonable. He does not NICKLE & DIME YOU like other companies. Highly recommend COOLTECH and most of all Lawrence ia very good technician.
