Ty and his crew came out to fix the sewer belly for the new owners of our home. Ty contacted me prior to the job and laid out his plan for the job. He was on time, put all the landscaping back to how it was prior to the job (thank you for that) and completed the job in a timely manner with very little interruption to our family. I would highly recommend TLS PLUMBING and I will keep his info for future plumbing needs.

Great contractor, Ty and Michael arrived on time, hand dug and related our home water service line. Protected our sod and flower beds, cleaned up everything, all this during a major rainstorm!!!!!!!

TLS Plumbing repaired a leaking commercial water service by installing a new 2" PEX line. The job required permits, cutting and replacement of concrete and asphalt, trenching, and water line placement and connections. The work was started and completed exactly as promised for the agreed upon amount. I highly recommend TLS plumbing.

We have used Sarkinnen Rooter on 3 different occasions. Twice the owner Ty has fixed broken mainlines for us and once he used his camera to locate a dead animal in a heat duct. TLS was prompt, personal, and professional. They did a great job applying a trenchless sleeve to our sewer line which had been invaded by tree roots. It was a pleasure working with these guys. We highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job of helping me solve a very difficult issue of water leaking into my house crawl space. They were on time and used camera to check for blockage in water drain pipes and came up with excellent plan for repairs. It was a real relief to finally have a good plan to solve the problem. They will return to make the needed repairs. While here they also replaced at bathroom sink fixture and changed a cartridge in the shower to stop a dip.

If you look anywhere else for a plumbing company, you're wasting your money and time. TLS plumbing is professional, friendly, and they do extremely good work. They put in 400 ft of water line at my house, and installed new plumbing lines under my house. You won't find a better contractor to do your plumbing work.

Our neighborhood had a backed-up drain that was often flooding the street and sidewalks. Our homeowner's association hired TLS to find and dig up and repair a large piece of pipe that was crushed and causing the problem. Unfortunately it ended up to be under a large shed but despite the bad weather, they offered to hand dig under the shed to see if they could get to it, in order to keep our costs down. It was very hard but they did it and our problem is finally solved. Their cost was lower than other bids, Ty always called us back promptly to answer questions and give insights as we worked towards having the work done. And he took care of everything with the school district that was adjacent to our property and needed to be crossed. In short, Ty was amazing and has tons of experience and access to equipment, since he grew up in the business with his dad. Cannot recommend highly enough.
