I had TLS Plumbing out to take care of a drainage issue, I needed to create a new drain line to avoid flooding from the rain. From the first appointment where we discussed my end goal to getting the work done, I felt listened to and together we agreed on a plan that made sense. Today I got the work done, it was a total success and they took great care of my yard while doing so. Highly recommend TLS Plumbing!

Ty is my number one go to for all things plumbing! Professional, HONEST, quick to respond and highly knowledgeable! All my clients have been pleased with his work including me on my personal home when my water heater flooded my garage the day before Christmas Eve at 10pm at night. His team came same night with a new water heater and saved me from being without hot water for the holidays. AMAZING SERVICE!!

Tony was very friendly and persistent in getting the old water heater out and the new one in. Who would have thought that the big post that hold the RV cover would cause a problem. I appreciate his attention to detail and kindness to my scaredy cat dog.

Tyrone was personable, professional & prompt. He answered all my questions & even made me laugh. If we need to call a plumber again, it will be Proline and I hope they send Tyrone.

"I have had Proline out two times, One time to replace an element in a brand new water heater, another company installed incorrectly. The second time was to bring it up to code, because the other company refused to do that. Both times were great. The technicians were helpful and did a great job.

Eddie was our repair man and he took care of all of our problems. Eddie was quick, professional and very neat. He was in and out in a timely manner and did an excellent job.

After calling 5 different plumbers, trying to get emergency after-hours assistance, we found ProLine. Our plumber, Joe, arrived almost exactly when the texted estimate said he would. He then got right to work, and provided a very accurate estimate of how much everything would cost. He was polite, respectful of our needs, and we would absolutely use ProLine in the future!

The company was very helpful working through the hoops set in place by my warranty company to ensure I got hot water without bureaucratic waiting. The technician and the office staff were understanding of my plight and worked into the evening to help me. A++ all around.

Water Heater flush:
Max was great, but it cost $210 including $69 for the service call from Vancouver to Battle Ground. Seemed a bit much…the service call charge used to be deducted from the cost of the service in the old days…but Max did a good job and he was very nice.

After the recent snowstorm our plumbing backed up. It was an urgent situation and the servicer for our home warranty said they couldn't come for a week. Pro-Line Plumbing came out the same day and we called in late afternoon. It was raining and the roof was slippery, but their technician quickly cleaned our line!

This is the second time they helped us with urgent service our home warranty couldn't get to us in less than a week.

We'll definitely be calling them next time we need plumbing service!!
