Proline Plumbing service was great. Their scheduling system automatically sends text messages to notify when the technician is on the way. Tony was very thorough explaining, knowledgable, punctual, really friendly. He did everything he said he would, and he was very efficient. I would use this company whenever we need plumbing issues and recommend to our friends.

What a waste. I understand bad weather and scheduling is difficult with weather making access hard.
Actually let them reschedule for the next day and that wasn’t worth it at all.
Spent 2 hours trying to unclog a kitchen drain and gave up.
Then wanted to tell me that he wanted to change out all the fittings under the sink because now there are leaks. There weren’t any before they arrived.
Over $500 for absolutely NOTHING!
I’d give zero stars if I could.
Darren acts like everyone is so stupid that changing fittings to “what he likes” is a reason that it leaks now?
Yeah.
Find someone that will actually do the job, even if it’s challenging and get the customer results.
I wouldn’t mind paying the money if they actually accomplished something.

Tyrone was fabulous! He was super friendly, personable, and knew exactly how to fix the issue we were having. His advice was great and couldn't have been more on point. Wonderful service all around, we'll definitely be calling again when needed.

Darren, Ashley, Amber, Alex and Chris have been kind, professional, fair and done great work. I have had Proline work on all of my plumbing needs and frankly wouldn't considering switching to a different company after all of the positive interaction and results.

Tyrone did an amazing job finding and fixing two leaks in our wall. He was very informative about the whole process, and communicated each step making time to see if we had any questions. At the end of the service call he gave us some cards for some local water damage and restoration companies for the next step of our project. We were very greatful for his knowledge and expertise. We'll definitely be using Proline again.

Max did a fantastic job! Nice guy and very fast and quality work. My car key was flushed down the toilet and blocking the water flow. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in no time. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much!

Our warranty company contracted with Proline Plumbing for a faucet repair, the technician (Eddie) came out and was on time, polite, super helpful and even when the leak refused to come back during his first visit he was patient and gave us great advice. Ultimately due to some issue with our warranty company, not the plumber, we ended up finishing the repair ourselves but we will definitely be back the next time a plumbing emergency comes up! Overall it was a good experience working with this plumber, not so good working with our warranty provider, but during the whole infuriating process Proline was helpful, answered their phone fast, and was kind and courteous about repeated calls. We will be back.

My second experience with Proline & Tyrone was just as wonderful as the first. He was quick, thoughtful and efficient and solved my recurring problem in less than 20 minutes!

I called Proline to fix a hole drilled into our sewer line by the previous tenants of our home. The front desk agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with scheduling. We were paired with Darren who arrived on time and gave a no B.S. estimate. He completed the work in less than 30 minutes and even allowed me to split the payment so I didn't have to overload one credit card. The efficient and friendly customer service cannot be overstated and I would gladly recommend Proline to anyone looking for plumbing work in the Vancouver area.

The Proline Plumbing people were great. They knew their business and were able to make it so I could understand what needed to be done. They were super nice and I’m sure I will be using them again.

Proline is on time, respectful, and so knowledgeable. They helped us understand our issue with an outdoor water spigot. They gave us great insight into a temporary solution until we can do the repair when the weather is warmer. It's way too cold right now. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely schedule the repair during the summer.

Plumber Tyrone did an Excellent job repairing and replacing our plumbing issues to broken pipe to refrigerator ice maker. Was very good an explanations as to what was needed to bring everything to code. Tyrone was very Personable and friendly, worked fast, was on time and did a Fabulous job. Hristo from Proline Plumbing and Sewer was fantastic! He was courteous and professional, arriving within 30 minutes of me calling and had our repair completed and water restored within another 30 minutes. We are so grateful for his prompt, after hours service and repairs with quality materials rather than the cheap, gray plastic angle stop that broke on us! His quick response allowed us to get prompt attention to flooding cleanup without having to wait until morning. I cannot recommend Hristo highly enough! Had a outside faucet that broke and was leaking after hours Called Ray's and had a live person answer the phone right away. Impressive as you usually get a answering machine with most companies after hours Anyway after speaking to the rep we were able to just turn off our main water overnight and they had Matt come out the next morning. Thank goodness because when we started looking , yes the faucet was leaking but I had another pipe next to it in the house that was also leaking which could have ended up causing a lot of issues . Matt quickly fixed both problems. He was very professional , friendly and explained the job well. He ended up looking at a few other items and will be back in 2 weeks to replace our old water heater. Great service. I would highly recommend them . I also like that they are local.

After struggling for a few hours with a leak and seemingly never ending water while trying to install a shut-off valve in my kitchen, I called Ray's looking for emergency help. Jake was able to get to me in under an hour, at 11 pm on a Friday night after every other 24/7 plumber I called said Saturday afternoon was the earliest they could help me.

Jake got everything squared away quickly with new fittings and a shut off valve, and made sure to walk me through what he did and why.

I'm not sure what I would have done without this help tonight, and I will definitely be using Ray's in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

They are great!! They worked with our schedules and changed when we couldn’t make the first appointment. They have fixed our toilets and are going to do preventative maintenance on some of our leaking faucets. We would recommend them to anyone!!

We experienced a major pipe breakage due to freezing pipes we discovered on Christmas Eve. I called local plumbers desperate as we had to shut off all of our water. The only plumber out of seven called was Jake who answered Christmas morning. Mind you he has a family of his own and came to our rescue and spent six hours to temporarily fix the pipe as it was extensive. It gave us the ability to at least have running water upstairs to shower. He and Ray's Plumbings work ethic and commitment was a Christmas miracle for our family. As a result of their professionalism and fantastic work they performed, they have gained a lifetime customer.
