We had a big job: replacing the sewer main from the house, under the driveway, and out to the alley, plus tying in a second line. Ty and crew were so respectful of us working from home while they worked, they all did a great job, and we could not be more pleased about how the entire project worked out. No doubt, we will be calling for future needs and recommending TLS to anyone who asks.

TLS came out this morning and replaced the defective pipe between the meter, out at the curb, to my house. It had been repaired once a few years ago and was leaking again. They showed up on time, made sure I knew what the plan was, and worked in pouring rain until the job was finished. A tunnel was drilled under the front yard so there was no damage to the lawn. One of them stayed nearly an hour after the job was finished to make sure there was no mess left behind and that the landscaping looked like no one had been there at all. I am very pleased with the work they did and with how easy they were to communicate with. I will call them next time I need plumbing work done.

Ty has helped us with multiple issues at our houses, from the sewer lines to other less involved plumbing concerns. He is very responsive and effective. We appreciate all the help he has given us so far and we will plan to reach out to him again the next time something comes up!

Ty was friendly and professional. He took the time to map out our irrigation system with cameras and gave us options for resolving our problem of roots growing in our pipes. I spoke with multiple landscapers, plumbers, and irrigation specialists and none of them were able give us a solution with confidence, only very high bids that “might” resolve the issue. Let me start off by saying that I would never want to have to use any other plumber besides Ty! I'm a seasoned homeowner and have hired many professionals to do work in my homes. Ty is by far one of the most reliable and capable plumbers I have had the pleasure to work with. And trust me. Plumbing problems are often typically far from pleasurable! We had two critical issues at a new home we purchased in Vancouver. Ty was able to diagnose AND rectify these issues that I'm CERTAIN another plumber would have overlooked. BEST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER
Ty is clearly a man of character. Replacing the entire sewer line at my house was a HUGE job that took Ty three days (ONLY three days). So I had the pleasure of getting to know him and his workers a little. They were thorough, honest, flexible with my situation and schedule, on time, available, friendly, speedy, and well-priced. Everything you could possibly want in a contractor. He clearly knows plumbing inside and out, and I will confidently higher and refer Sarkinen in the future.

TLS (Ty) arrived on Friday, June 3rd 2022 in the afternoon when he said he would. He quickly dug down, examined the main water line leak on our side of the PUD water meter. We had previously called our insurance company when we noted our flooding meter box gurgling up water flowing down the street towards the storm drain. We surmised it would be a SPENDY fix of the main water line, ~50ft of underground pipe that three of our next-door neighbors had recently done. Their fixes took time with the dig safe guys, boring under the electrical, communications, gas lines, the flower beds and yard ... several thousands of dollars and maybe weeks before it would be completed. Lovely 😟😟
Then Ty pinpointed the exact leak in the metal piping, 40+ years old, that connected the meter & water supply to what turned out to be our serviceable water main. Ty said he could quickly make the repair this afternoon! After his quick trip to the local plumbing store, he returned, re-constructed the line connection, the pressure reduction valve, dialed in the correct pressure to our house (water heater, system etc.) and tested the line, got our water turned back on & wrapped up the job in one afternoon for a fair price that was about 30% of what we were expecting. Ty installed a sewer connection for our kitchen and replaced a wall mounted toilet. Very happy with how quickly the repairs were done! Reasonably priced and always there when he says he will be. I will be using them in the future and HIGHLY recommend TLS Plumbing and Drain.

We came back from vacation to the unpleasant surprise of a saturated basement floor. TLS (Ty) made time in his schedule to come find and repair the problem quickly and for a fair price. Ty was great to deal with, and his calm demeanor was a pleasure in such a stressful situation.

TLS plumbing was fantastic. They replaced a rotten sewer line for me and both Ty and Michael were unbelievably helpful and timely. Ty maintained constant contact about when the necessary permits had been granted, when both TLS and the city inspectors would show up, and when they would finish up each day. They were early on the job and worked straight through. They also helped coordinate any issues with neighbors and were polite and respectful about noise and timing. They got the job done faster than they estimated, and they were informative about any developments that could increase the cost of the job (which didn’t end up happening because they resourcefully fixed the issue). They also left my garden gate in better shape than it had been to start with, and were very kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I would hire them again for any job and easily recommend them to anyone else. Ty clearly cares a lot about the company and making sure that his work is done professionally and well.

Tye responded quickly and efficiently to replace our outdoor main water line. Tye was extremely knowledgeable about the work to be done. Ty and his team were fast and very neat about completing the job. They left our front yard and basement just like it had been before the water leak. They were so friendly and easy to work with. Wow! Highly recommend! I called in for an estimate on a clogged drain after a dishwasher install, and Ty called me back immediately. I highly recommend TLS Plumbing. They did a big sewer line project at my house and it couldn't have been smoother or less stressful. Ty took his time to explain all the technicalities involved to be sure I understood and was comfortable with how everything was going to go. It is with great confidence that I rate TLS with 5 stars. Ty brings old school excellence and work ethic from start to finish. They communicated frequently. And showed up on time. His estimate never changed. They replaced a water line underneath 60 plus feet of my driveway. They completed the job in about 4 hours. Didn’t leave a mess. I have no complaints or “could have, should haves”. They seemed prepared to do whatever I asked of them. Service as part of any business model is rare these days. But these guys are maintaining that lost art. It will continue to make them successful for years to come!!

I reached out to Ty due to an emergency plumbing issue we were having. They easily could have come out and do what I had asked, and I would have happily have paid. Instead, they recommended I contact the county first as the issue may have been on their end of things. As it turns it, it was. Instead of taking the opportunity to profit off of my situation, they provided honest counseling that was in my family's best interest. This tells me everything I need to know about Ty and his company, to put clients first and to work with integrity. This will be my first call moving forward for every and any services they provide. STOP! Look no further because this is the plumber you NEED! We were saved thousands because of their expertise. We called on a “big name” plumber for last minute help. They could do nothing but charge us and recommend all new plumbing be installed. I called and Ty came out to give us a quote for that. That company was WRONG! Ty fixed the clog and charged us a fraction. There were some galvanized to be replaced but not the entire home! He came out to replace, fix laundry drainage issue, and install a new water heater. I will never go to anyone else than this team!
