Wow—such a great experience! Tony was timely and very efficient. We needed our disposal looked at and probably a clog sorted. He cleared the drain and replaced the disposal quickly and cleanly. He was even great with our loud and nosy dog! Thanks so much!

Chris replaced one outdoor frost free faucet, and installed a new line for one. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained the process up front and completed all the work in a timely manner.

They provided a very professional assessment of my sewer pipe leak problem so I was pleased to accept their bid for services. They were late arriving on the date of service but they made up for it by bringing an extra technician. The work was complete quickly and professionally. If I ever need service again, I would definitely call on Proline.

Chris the technician of Proline Pluming and Sewer did an excellent job of the repair and replacing and installing the new the new garbage disposal.

Chris showed up and immediately knew what the issue was and where the leak was located. It took him maybe 10 minutes to open the section and get it ready to fix. We had to turn the water off to the building for only 16 minutes before he had the repair done and we could turn the water back on. I would recommend Proline to anyone commercial or residential. They are awesome!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon and am grateful ProLine Plumbing was able to help. Eddie was fantastic! He arrived in a timely fashion, was very friendly, helpful and quickly fixed the problem. I won't ever use anyone else other than ProLine Plumbing. I have only had Tyrone and Eddie come help with plumbing. But they both are professional, funny, and can basically look at anything with plumbing and see what's wrong with it. They are so smart with plumbing stuff it's unreal. I highly trust them. The office Carrie/Kari and Amber are so nice! They have given refunds to my card of appropriate. Love them.

Second time we’ve used this company and we have loved the customer service with the folks in the office and the technician. Customer service seems to be hard to find these days. I can’t say if the prices are competitive because honestly I didn’t shop around. They were awesome on their last visit. They’ll keep earning our business unless their customer service goes down. They never try to sell you something you don’t need either. This is also the second time we got to work with Chris. He’s awesome! I should also mention that they were able to come within a day’s notice.

I couldn’t make a second review but I wanted to make sure Proline’s second visit in a week also got a review. Completely different problem.

"This is the second time in a week that I’ve had to call a plumber and of course this was my go to company. We had a leak in the wall and the water to the house had to be turned off. We were without water overnight until the leak company could find the leak. Once found Proline came out the same day and fixed the leak. We’ve never worked with Eddie before and he didn’t disappoint. Fantastic customer service which is why we’ll continue working with Proline. Their company card has earned a spot on our fridge."

Today we had a leak in a different area under the house. Chris was the service technician was really good had to crawl under the house a long way to fix the leak. Very through & friendly. I would recommend Proline.
