They were extremely helpful and responsive when we first had a water issue. Their professionalism and personability have made them wonderful to have during our repairs. This team has come to our home for various *existing* reasons over a couple of years now and we plan to continue working with them. In particular, Ronald, Jeremy, and Jake have all been fantastic when they've been involved.

After our well pump had an issue, they helped us to get water flowing back to our home quickly!

When you find a company, that's honest, knowledgeable, AND helpful... hold on to them!

Sprung a leak in my kitchen over the weekend and called Rays in a panic. They were extremely helpful, setting up an evaluation for later that day. They responded promptly and helpfully, and talked me through solving the issue so they could save me the cost of an on-site evaluation. Cannot recommend enough and will reach out in the future if I have further plumbing needs.

Had a late in the day Saturday emergency. Matt was at our home within a few hours. He was super friendly. Took care of the issue. Pricing was very fair. Ray’s Plumbing is professional, timely, neat, knowledgeable and friendly. The team takes their time explaining the issues found and repairs necessary. They are family and pet friendly which is tough to come by! My service technician Matt worked quickly and did a great job.

Tyler arrived right on time, he assessed our issues and clearly presented options for the repaired needed. He completed the work the same day, and went through all that was done with me. He was polite, professional, and cleaned up after the repairs were finished. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs!

On Saturday evening after calling all of the plumbers I have used in the past I tried Ray's. Tyler answered the phone on the 2nd ring and was able to drive out to Woodland within 40 minutes. He was very professional and immediately got to work. He even went through the crawl space to fix the leak. He thought we might have to have the water off for our hotel guest's for an hour. This awesome guy barely took 20 minutes to fix two hot water pipes. He was also nice enough to recommend a drying/restoration company since we had about 5 inches of hot water in our ceiling. To say the least I now have a new plumbing company!!

We had a leak in our pressure tank on a Saturday morning. I called Ray's who got me patched-up and running in a couple of hours. They had a permanent fix installed just a few days later.

Ronald, who responded, was really knowledgeable and professional. And he had pre-printed pricing for everything, so I knew what the costs were going in and that they weren't making it up as they went.

On top of the great service we received for the pressure tank, we paid for an additional plumbing inspection. We live in an older house and know that there are probably things we should know about. The inspection was several hours and included a bunch of maintenance. It also provided us a great list of things we should look out for, budget for, and should get done.

And while they were here they found another leak under the dishwasher in the kitchen that needed attention! We would have totally missed that if not for the inspection, and we were able to prevent a great deal of damage.

I really appreciate that there was no upsell pressure regarding the inspection. It gave us a list of things that need to be done, and a list of pricing, but Ronald was great and there was no artificial pressure to do all (or any) of the work now. Some of these things I can do on my own. And what I cannot, I'll call Ronald for.

Fantastic service. On time, very clear estimate, very friendly service. Jake really cared about how satisfied I was. Very highly recommend Ray's plumbing. Could not have had a better experience. Don't call anyone else!!

We couldn’t have asked for better people to do our bathroom. The shower is everything we thought it would be and more! Rays came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at what I believed to be a clogged toilet. The fix ended up being very simple and I only ended up paying the after hours trip fee. I just appreciated Colin’s approach and helpfulness. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything including offering suggestions for future improvements to help with preventing problems down the road. called Rays plumbing for a water leak in bathroom they scheduled us right away Ronald came checked out the problem, gave us several options and let us decide which one best fit for us. there was no pressure which one to choose, after deciding which one we would go with Ronald set to work immediately to fix the problem. Ronald came at the time said, no sales pressure, and fixed right away that said I will definitely recommend Rays plumbing to anyone needing a plumber

My experience was exceptional! Ray guided me through trouble shooting our plumbing system at 10:00 PM and was happy to do it. I don’t plan on using any other plumber in the future except Rays Plumbing Service.

We received a call from our AirBnB guest that the pipe to the hot water heater was spraying water. We were stuck in traffic an hour away, and it was after 5pm. Thank goodness we found Ray's online!!! We called from the highway, talked to technician Jake, and he beat us to the house to diagnose the problem. He explained the fix and the cost clearly, and was professional and courteous to our guests. He fixed the problem quickly. I've got Ray's saved in my contacts for future, and highly recommend them. We found them on the fly, but I'm very happy to know they are lical and family-owned - bonus!

I had a blow out in my pipe and it flooded my dining room. They came promptly and fixed the problem. It did not cost me as much as I was anticipating! They did not over charge me nor take advantage of an old woman like some companies do. I am so grateful to my worker, Jake, who came. He was very kind, courteous and professional. I feel secure in their service. I would highly recommend this company!!!

I contacted Rays about a leak I had in my bathroom faucet. They were very quick to answer my call, and get my on their schedule the next day. Jake came out on time,he even called when he was 5 minutes away, assesed the situation, described in detail what the problem was. He explained what he would do to fix the problem, was up front with cost, showed me different pricing, and gave me options. He fixed the problem in a very timely manner, he cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. He even volunteered to unhook my hose outside to prevent them from freezing in the winter. With the beautiful weather I thought why not do yard work. A leaky faucet created a rainbow and a mud bath . Thank goodness for Jake. He came quickly on a Sunday and fixed the faucet. Gave me all the options for a correction and was super easy to work with. Muddy and grateful for excellent service

We had a leak just after Christmas and Ray’s Plumbing was quick to put us on their schedule. A technician was out next day, inspecting and assessing the issue and the leak was fixed within hours. The technician (Jake I believe) was efficient, friendly and clear about his next moves for repairs. I would definitely call Ray’s Plumbing if future issues arise.

I just want to give a "shout out" to Ray's Plumbing. I had an issue with frozen pipes. Jake came out to help & found the problem & fixed it! I didn't have to wait long for him to come either. He was professional, friendly & explained what the problem was. They are a local small business. They could have charged a very high price & they were very reasonable.
