Reviews of local pros in Graham, Washington

Had to have my water heater replaced. Convenient Water Heater came out and did the job fast and without any issues or problems. I highly recommended them. Very fast and professional!

The guys are professional and very knowledgable of their trade. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this guys for any water heater and plumbing needs you may have.

Jesus and his crew worked on a very long and difficult repair process on my new tankless water heater. He worked hard to get us hot water and in the end, gave us guidance in getting a replacement. Honestly, he was a ray of hope in a very troubled time in our lives. He will be our forever plumber.

They worked quickly and walked us through the project each step of the way. They had to make quite a few cuts into the walls due to repiping and they made sure to help us by keeping the drywall intact so we could seal it up without needing to replace.

Incredibly professional & quick to make repairs to our water heater pipes. Also very knowledgeable & able to walk us through the process. Would definitely recommend to friends, family, & co-workers! Thank you!!

Wow! Where do I start? So grateful Casper and Jesus answered my call for a leak problem. They were prompt, courteous, professional and patient! They took pictures and explained fully the issue. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them as my plumbing team going forward! Thanks guys!!!!

Highly recommended. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and saved us money compared to the other guys. Quality work from great guys!

Guys did a great job on our plumbing project. Prompt, personable and kept us informed of exactly what they were doing and why and at a reasonable cost. We already have plans to use them again in the near future for another project.

These guys are professional, really nice and helpful. They came the next morning and replaced our old water heater really fast. Thanks guys!

Convenient water heaters and plumbing came into my home and handled the situation as professionals. I was in a jam and was worried with my leak and back up that I would cause irreparable damage to the house and I would be looking at a whole lot of work that needed to be done. The plumbers came in and immediately took control over the situation without hesitation. They had all of the top of the line tools, all parts needed on hand to finish the work that day, and the knowledge that I would expect from a seasoned plumber. I would highly recommend them as they charge a fair rate for the services they provide and when they were finished with their work you would have never known they were even there. Great work and if I have any more issues I know who I’m calling. Thanks guys!

The gentlemen did great work on my toilets, even returning after initial work due to some faulty equipment that was already in place. Cost was reasonable and they were polite and responsive. For my leaking drain pipe, they put me in contact with a good restoration company to get everything dried for a full repair. I will call them again for future plumbing needs

They did an awesome job drove all the way out to our property in Ashford and replaced our hot water tank. We couldn’t recommend them enough

Very happy with the work I had done. They communicated well, were timely, efficient, and true to their quote. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs that I have.

Jesus and his team have been amazing to work with. We recently bought a flipped house with plumbing issues in both bathrooms. I am glad we chose Convenient Water Heaters and Plumbing because they went above and beyond to diagnose the issues and guide us through the next steps. Their ability to quickly assess an issue saved us from further damage to our home and we were able to act quickly in filing and insurance claim. They were able to refer us to a General Contractor for all the further repairs we need due to the leak. We look forward to working with them again and trust they will show up when they will (which is hard to come by these days) and do quality, honest work.

I highly recommend Convenient Water Heaters and Plumbing! They were very timely, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The work was reasonably priced and they gave good recommendations. They genuinely look out for their customers, which can be rare. I'm going to suggest them to all my friends in the area!

Jesus did an awesome job! Strictly top shelf service.

Very courteous helpful knowledgeable and great customer service. Kudos to Jesus and Casper for getting my leaking faucet replaced and install a new functional faucet. I recommend to my friends and families if they have ever need any repairs on plumbing electrical and heating to hire this company. I give them 5+stars. Thank you guys. I'll definitely be hiring them on other projects in the future.

Jesus and Casper were amazing! I just bought a house and it had some plumbing issues. They were very professional and super friendly, I am so happy they were able to help me out! Will absolutely call them for all my plumbing needs - thank you so much!

Great work by a great team. They came out and fixed my busted sewer line. Very professional, arrived on time, cleaned up the mess. Will be using them for a new water heater in the future.

Jesus and Casper are top-notch and provide exceptional service. My water heater went out late Saturday. I started looking around for someone to replace it and saw the reviews for Convenient Water Heaters and Plumbing and decided to give them a call. This was on Sunday morning, and I honestly expected to get an answering machine but instead the call was answered by a human. When I explained what was going on, I was able to get an immediate quote and reassurance that they could replace the water heater first thing Monday morning. No muss, no fuss!

When the two gentlemen showed up on Monday morning they got right to work, quickly removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They left zero mess, working quickly but efficiently and had my water heater up and running in an hour.

I most strongly recommend Convenient for all of your plumbing needs and suggest you not waste your time with other plumbers.

I chose this company to fulfill my plumbing needs because the owner operator was a military veteran just like me. I’m very glad that I did, him and his apprentice did a wonderful job completing the job that I had done. They were punctual, professional, and worked their hides off, and had great attitudes while working. They were done in the timeline discussed, and I haven’t had any issues with the work since. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially with the inflated prices of some of the bigger organizations.
