I highly recommend the team at Steady Air. I met them at the Tacoma Home Show in Feb of 2025. Meeting Zach for estimates and comparing them to 3 other companies I felt most comfortable with Steady Air. They removed our old 20+ year old system and installed a new dual-zone HVAC system, new ducting, new thermostats and all the bells and whistles to the remodel and addition of our two-story home. David, the company owner, Zach, and the rest of the team tackled our project quickly and efficiently, I was thoroughly impressed.

They injected sealant into my new built, brand new (few months old) system assuming there was a micro-leak. Well, that failed because they eventually found a nail in the lineset after repeated visits to address multiple low pressure codes. Sadly, the sealant gummed up most of my system and causing all sorts of mechanical issues. Here’s the irony, they think I need a new control-board to fix the issues they created. These techs are lazy and will cut every corners. Avoid at all cost!

I cant say enough about how impressed I was with Steady Air LLC. They gave me a bid last week to install a gas line from my meter to my generator and BBQ (approx 100’ of pipe) and to install a gas heater in my garage. They came out yesterday with a full crew and got the whole job done in a day. Thank you so much for the speedy job well done. They even went the extra mile and brought larger gas pipe then quoted to insure I have what is needed if I upgrade to a larger generator in the future. It’s always a pleasure to support local Graham business….

Our first time having Steady Air come out to our house because we didn’t have heat coming from our only 6 year old system! Their awesome tech Kenny went through our system and fixed what Dear Services had done all wrong. He provided helpful tips and was very knowledgeable about all of the things wrong with our furnace! I have been using Steady Air for my HVAC system and my water heater problems for two years now. I have to say these guys are always professional and willing to include me in all the decisions being made. They let me know when and why there would be any delays and always finished what they started even when the warranty companies dragged their feet with the products. I also think their pricing is fair and worth it.

I love steady air! Everyone is so nice and they really take care of you they make sure your system is working perfect! Cindy is so kind every time I called. Ben is amazing! He takes pride at what he does, he explains, answers any questions that you have such great work ethics. Because of him I always refer steady air to friends and family. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend using Infinity for your HVAC needs. I was originally quoted and entire unit replacement at $17,000. Had Infinity come out for a 2nd quote/opinion. Ended up only needing a control panel for the air handler replaced, and at a MUCH nicer cost! Everyone that I dealt with and spoke too, had my best interest in mind, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest local company!

I had a water leak that damaged some of my ductwork. I called Infinity Heating and Air, and they were able to respond quickly. Jesse came out, inspected, and got me an estimate the same day. He fixed the ductwork the following day at a great price. I highly recommend Infinity Heating and Air!

They've been great to work with from the initial consultation through the actual installation of a new heat pump and air handler system. The consultation and quote was very thorough and professional. They gave me great information to help me understand what was necessary and help me get set up with a new system for my house and getme back to a comfortabke home temperature. I appreciated them being willing to work with my schedule for installation and accommodate a last minute reschedule when I had a family emergency pop up. The installation went great and the technicians who installed my new system were thorough and respectful and did a great job. Thanks!

Infinity was amazing! They were honest with us about everything from the start, and they never tried to up-sale us! They showed us what would work best for our house and our budget. We had just moved from Arizona, and our new house didn’t have AC. Now, it is perfectly comfortable in our home thanks to our new heat pump. Everyone from Infinity has been very friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best! Ken is fantastic and his crew is so nice. Did a great job 3 years ago installing my new furnace and ac unit. Love it! Even after all this time he remembers me and my situation. Wow! If it was possible to put 10 stars, I would! Most excellent customer service, easy scheduling, and wonderful to work with. The installers were clean and courteous. The owner stayed late to make sure we were up and running as well. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Wonderful to be able to support a family owned local business!

Techs were knowledgeable and friendly did a fine job but didn't fix the problem owner came out next day to trouble shoot the fix TBD WAITING for parts
