I cant say enough good things! I had a cracked pipe in my water heater. Called, and Jesus and Casper were at my house within the hour, and had it replaced with upgraded parts. They will be my go to people from now on, and ill recommend them to anyone that needs competent work and reasurring words!!

I had what I thought was a water heater emergency right before Memorial Day weekend and was lucky enough to get a call back from Jesus that very same day! He patiently talked me through troubleshooting my old water heater and then took the time to walk me through fixing the problem instead of trying to sell me something new. He said their goal is to help people, and they really mean it! This was an example of what customer service should be. I will need to replace the appliance someday, and now I am absolutely sure of who I will call. In fact, for any service they provide!

Called Convenient Water Heaters and Plumbing and they showed up the same day! They even arrived when they said they would (rare these days) and got right to work. They went into the crawlspace to check for a potential leak from the house waste line to the septic tank, luckily they found nothing. Jesus and Casper were great and the inspection was free. I would highly recommend them, very knowledgeable and professional.

Jesus and Casper are awesome!!! They fixed the issue with my Rheem water heater and what was nice is that they were referred to me by the Rheem company, which made me have more confidence in their work and ability with this product. After their effecient work, Jesus then explained to me how to stay on top of caring for my water heater and helped me understand how to work it. Their flexibility with appointments was great as well. They kept me informed and allowed me to txt them in regards to the appointment date and time which made it very convenient for me. All in all, my whole experience with convenient water heaters and plumbing was great.

Convenience water heaters and plumbing LLC did a beautiful job of replacing my water heater. Their cost was $1,000 lower than most other places. They will work with you to meet your needs. And, they are very quick to come out and very quick to finish the work. They are also very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this business if you need a new water heater or a plumbing service.

I have to say that I feel very lucky to have hired Jesus and Casper owners of Convenient Water Heaters and Plumbing. They did a superb job installing a PEX A upgrade to my entire manufactured home, new water heater installation, replaced my one existing cold water spigot, added a new one directly opposite side of the house (both both cold water) and a third one that is both hot and cold water combined. They installed all my new faucets and shower hardware to connect to the PEX A. Jesus and Casper are amazing human beings and outstanding plumbers with an incredible work ethic, driven to achieve your vision of what you want but if you are not sure they have a wealth of ideas that they suggested to me were brilliant. They are incredibly smart , caring, respectful and treat your house as if it was theirs (with care). I am so glad they came into m y life and I will be calling on them in future for much smaller projects but they kept seeing me light up with joy and happiness every time they would show me something that was very broken and now works like brand new, its one of many reasons they do it. I could keep writing lots of different things that they did for me but needles to say you'll get your money's worth if you decide to hire them and you won't regret it. Oh yes, Almost forgot to mention that they also moved my water shut off valve for the house from the crawlspace to right where the water heater is, much more convenient and quick to access if there is a water problem.

Really can't thank this company enough. Was having hot water issues for weeks and these guys came in and figured out I had a leak under my house. Fixed my leak quickly and referred me to a restoration company for the damage under the house. You really don't appreciate hot showers until you can't take one in the middle of winter! Thank you so much Jesus, I will recommend you to anyone who asks. You guys really know your stuff!

They did an amazing job!! They did a great job explaining the issue. When my claim did get approved I let them know and they came over within 24 hours to put a new water heater in. They made it a smooth process and I would highly recommend working with them.
