Driver was very erratic and drove on my tail the entire time he was behind me and almost ran into me when I made a left hand turn that signaled in advance for! I was going over the speed limit but that wasn’t enough for him. Not a good idea to drive recklessly when your business name is plastered on your vehicle. Very unprofessional! 👎🏼

During the past year, I contacted Steady Air regarding two issues with our HVAC system. Both times they immediately contacted me to discuss the issues we were having and set up an on-site appointment within a day or two. Their service associate (Ben) arrived on time, listened to our concerns and thoroughly inspected our HVAC system. Changes were made to our heating system that effectively resolved our problems. Ben said that he’d check back in a week to see how the furnace was operating. He kept his word and I was happy to report that all was well with our furnace. When our furnace broke down during the onset of cold weather, it was a stressful time for our family, especially with a newborn and two young children at home. Steady Air LLC demonstrated an incredible amount of compassion for our situation and acted promptly. They came out immediately to assess the situation.

While it turned out that my furnace had reached the end of its lifespan, I was relieved that Steady Air LLC was able to fit me into their schedule within just two days for a complete replacement. I'm now the proud owner of a high-efficiency Day and Night heat pump, and most importantly, my family is warm and comfortable. Scheduled a service checkup and repair on our HVAC system. Arrived on time the following day. Bryan thoroughly looked over everything and completed the repair within his cost estimate. Spent extra time to ensure everything was operating as it should "really appreciated that" so there wouldn't be any other issues. They provided estimates on future equipment that could need to be replaced in the future and recommended a home air purification system.

My AC heat pump wasn’t blowing cold. Steady Air was able to come out same day to diagnose and fix the issue. They found their original installation was to blame for the issue and didn’t charge me a dime for the fix. The AC is ice cold now! Quick and honest work.
