Did a very extensive cleaning beyond expectations- even cleaned my son’s gunky vent that had glued up dried soda. They explained the whole process step by step. We don’t always think about the importance of cleaning out our air ducts and furnace. I can honestly say the last time we had it done. It was a couple of hundred dollars. Imagine our shock when I was getting bids of $1000 for a house that’s 1300 ft.² at best .

He’s a small business owner with dedication to service. He doesn’t run a fleet of fancy trucks. He’s a team of three who comes in, does a wonderful job and knows what he’s doing. He also came in $400 under any other bed.

When you work with Chad, you’re getting the type of service that our economy was originally built on in the 1950s and 60s. Honest workmanship and a fair price. And he’s a really good person.

Dennis gave up his day off to come and help us. Our thermostat had become stuck. Our retail store was up to 95 degrees. Dennis installed a new thermostat. All was soon under control.
