I have 2 new Trane systems installed and I have had a few minor warranty issues with them. This firm has done everything in a timely manner to fix the issues I have had. The technicians have been super professional and I am thankful to have them service my heat pumps.

My first encounter with Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning was a very good one. I called for an emergency repair and was given an appointment the next day. The specialist, Levi, arrived promptly and replaced the broken part in less than one hour. He has a pleasant nature, polished and skilled!!

Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning technicians showed up and replaced my entire AC system. They were done in one day and they left no mess behind.The entire process went smoothly.They were very professional and knowledgeable.Their charges were also very fair. I became aware of Central Aire via my home warranty carrier, American Home Shield. My A/C went out on June 4th. AHS assigned my call to Central. Sheila, owner's wife, contacted me the next business day. Tech was assigned and came out as scheduled next day. Initially diagnosed as start/run capacitor but further inspection revealed compressor was dying. They notified AHS, AHS approved all work and job was scheduled just in time to beat predicted So-Cal heatwave. Part was ordered and arrived in 3 days. Bill the owner arrived next day after they received new compressor and he and his helper, Zack, had me up and running in an hour after they started job. Kudos to Ed, the first tech who visited, Bill and Zack for good work and friendliness. Sheila also worked with AHS to insure my coverage was properly handled. All in all a great experience with an honest , dedicated group of professionals. I highly recommend Central Aire!

Huge thanks to MaclaF Heating and Cooling for fixing my furnace. At first I called another company and an AI robot answered the phone. Honestly, that immediately turned me off, so I hung up and called MaclaF instead. A real person picked up the phone and scheduled a service visit right away.
The technician came out, did a full diagnostic of my gas furnace and found that the gas pressure was set incorrectly. We also discovered that my temperature sensor had failed, which is why the blower was just running and pushing air without producing heat. On top of that, my air filters were extremely clogged.

He explained everything clearly, showed me how often the filters should be replaced, and gave me some great maintenance tips to keep the system running properly. I really appreciate the honest service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be calling MaclaF Heating and Cooling again in the future. 👏💯

I would absolutely recommend MaclaF for any HVAC needs. We had a new HVAC system that was installed by another vendor, but was problematic from the start. After months of issues and problems, we ultimately turned to MaclaF to help fix the issues. Dima was on-time, communicative, and reliable.
