Not only was this company timely and able to make the appointment quick, our tech that was sent out was Tim and he was absolutely amazing! He asked all the questions needed, listened throughly to my answers, made sure I had all my questions answered, and was great with our 2 big dogs.

Tim came out to my house for a duct cleaning service. He showed up 15 min prior, had a great attitude and took the time to go into my crawlspace to troubleshoot my system not producing enough air out of 1 register. I will use them for my annual inspections and any HVAC work I need to get done.

AirBest did a stunning excellent job installing my new heat pump air conditioner. The whole project was done in an efficient, no nonsense, very economical way. From the beginning consultation, estimate, installing, wiring, to the final testing and running of the system, everyone did a beautiful, very satisfying job. They are professional, knowledgeable, and capable of doing their jobs without any mistakes. I enjoyed talking to them while they were working. Jason, the owner must have done everything right to have employed/hired Alex, Sergiy (the installers), the electrician Aaron, and Sean who tested the system and put it to start working. I have a mini-split in my three-level townhouse and I have been very happy with it through hot weather and cold. AirBest sent techs to install the system last year. They were professional, nice guys and I have been very happy with the system. After sharing my experience with my next door neighbor, AirBest installed a system for him.
I could have asked more questions and someone from the company could have been more forthcoming with important information. These shortcomings lead me to an unfortunate situation. What I didn't know, was that the real culprit was bad timing and I think some wires got crossed.
My point is not that AirBest or I am perfect. Communicating with the company, explaining and understanding allowed us to resolve our situation.
I was very unhappy until I was able to speak with Jason. We both listened and were able to come up with a resolution. In a world filled with vitriol and negative energy, it continues to be a pleasure to work with AirBest and I will continue to recommend them. I will also get better at asking more questions!

You get a full report on your home to confirm the system size you need. Great people, great workmanship, and great pricing. You really can't beat that these days.

Tim, the technician who came out, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the entire process, showing us the buildup of lint and debris that had accumulated over the years. We were surprised at how much material he removed - no wonder our dryer had been taking forever to dry clothes!

What impressed us most was Tim's attention to detail and thoroughness. He didn't just do a quick surface cleaning; he made sure to clean the entire length of the vent system, from the dryer all the way to the exterior outlet. We had come across the AirBest team at our prior residence, and got to know Tim, one of their technicians. We had such a great experience in that moment that we brought them in for vent/duct cleaning at our new home. Tim was assigned to us, which we were delighted by. I recently had a Mitsubishi 3-head mini-split system installed by AirBest Home Services, with the outdoor condenser placed on my 2nd-level condominium deck. This was not a simple project, but the team handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. (See attached photos for the finished project.)
The two technicians, Sergey and Alex, were extremely professional, polite, and hardworking. They explained everything clearly, worked diligently through the two-day install, and made sure the job was done right.
I’d also like to recognize Jason Bergstrom, the founder and owner, who was my first point of contact. When he came out to provide the estimate, he was very thorough, informative, and gave me all the details I needed upfront. That same level of professionalism carried through the entire installation process.
Overall, AirBest delivered excellent service, and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a mini-split installation, especially for more complex setups like condos or multi-head systems.

Sean was simply the best! He worked 2 entire days into dark:30 to troubleshoot & fix our minisplit! This was a first for them, as it was attached to our rebuilt skoolie schoolbus! Very detailed oriented and thorough! Explained it all as he went along. Kristin was a huge support on the job site as well…supporting Sean and working along side with us to explain the process!
