We were thinking adding a Heat Pump to our existing Gas furnace as a dual fuel system so we called Expert Air Control. The advisor Jesse Kelpszas took a look at our Gas furnace and told us we already have a high efficiency gas furnace system, he would not recommend us to add a Heat Pump even with an efficiency one. He even showed us some tips how to run our gas furnace better. I would highly recommend Jesse and Expert Air Control for their honesty, integrity and professionalism based on my experience dealing with them.

Jesse's visit was very educational, pointing out key elements to look @ in assessing HVAC systems. SEER, HSPF & temp range were all critical in making the decision. Jesse's quote included all available rebates & discounts & was the best value for money. The rest of the team were also exceptional! Juan & his eye to perfection and skill and Cameron with his diligence and Matt crawling back and forth under the house with such a good attitude were a great team. Work was performed to schedule & the furnace was relocated from under the house to a more accessible area inside this 100 year old home. Air conditioning and heating all humming along very satisfactorily now.

Had a great experience with Jesse today, He was very knowledgeable with the equipment and installation process that would best accommodate my house. Upfront with prices, even called the day before my scheduled appointment to let me know what I could be expecting. Gave me plenty of options to choose from so I could do some research of my own. Love your company! You've been out several times of the years and I'm always pleased. This current time you got me an appointed very quickly The technician (Wes) was great. He got the furnace repaired in short order and was very helpful answering my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Had a problem with my furnace that I needed repaired. Jason ran through my options with me and showed me mathematically how much better off I would be with a new system. The cost of fixing my older one just didn’t make sense compared with the efficiency of these new systems and the warranty. They came when they said they would and finished up faster than expected. The new Lennox gas furnace is a beast blowing nice hot air and warms up my house much faster and both my gas and electric meter spin slower while in use and my lights no longer flicker and dim when the heat kicks on. My house was 52 degrees when they started and within a half hour of them turning in the new furnace my whole house was a toasty 70 degrees. It took an hour just to go from 65 to 70 degrees with my old system. They say you get what you pay for but I think I got ahead on this one. Should have done this much sooner.

We cannot adequately express our gratitude to Expert Air Control and their technician Kevin Twitty. Our Heat Pump and Air Handler install was a 7 month nightmare completed by another furnace/air company. We were at the end of our rope and completely discourage until I finally called a local Lenox Heat Pump dealer Expert Air Control and asked for a tech to help us with ongoing furnace issues. He was able to fix one install problem as well as provide information with photos and recommendations regarding the inadequate as well as very concerning issues with the install that will need to be resolved. Our family cannot thank Kevin enough for his help and professionalism. He is an exemplary and skilled representative for Expert Air Control.

We had a central air installed four years ago by another company. The problem is that upstairs is not getting cool. They figured out that our return air system was way to small for the house. They spent almost two days repairing and updating. We can already feel a difference. A great transaction.

They always do a great job with our yearly service calls. Tech let me know that we could use a 2" filter rather than a 1" filter and get better air quality. After our most recent service our AC stopped working. I called the office and they were able to get another tech out later that day to get it fixed! Love working with them!!

Working with Jason was great. After 3 different companies let me down, either by not calling me back, or pushing me to buy a new furnace without even listening, or charging crazy prices to even talk, Jason was like a loyal knight. He is committed to his profession and his integrity showed miles above the rest. I chose to add AC and to get a new furnace. The financing was simple, the work was done quickly by professionals, and while no one wants to have to buy a new one, I feel good about my decision and that is due to Jason. I have raised the value of my home while also fixing a crisis!

Very pleased with installation of AC 2+ years ago. Price was fair, and service timely with professional expertise. Most notable was the service this past summer during the heat wave. Personnel came to our home that day to fix problem with follow-up of parts. Can't say enough about the " Expert Team" of Allison, Sidney, Cory, Robbie, Wes, and Tom. First class operation.

Thank you again for help Kevin. Honest company. Last year they send Kevin out to fix our furnace problem. I was really happy how he went about looking into the issue instead of doing what 3 other companies that came out press on a button and said all is $10,000 for all new unit without even looking into the problem first and just to take your money. We needed to replace the motor in the unit. He saved us $8500. Most definitely keep using this company for years to come very happy with their service. We had Expert Air control come out and give us a second opinion on our furnace after another company said it needed to be replaced. And all it needed was a relay switch. I recommend this company . I will use these guys in the future.

My new furnace was installed a couple of weeks ago by Juan and Cameron. They were on time, friendly, and very professional. These two made a dynamic team and although the space for the furnace was less than ideal, they figured it out and everything worked out. Very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Last year they did a complete retrofit on my house, installing not only a new heat pump, but also full ductwork as well since my house had previously used only electric baseboard heat with a gas wall furnace in the living room. Not only is the new system much quieter, the whole house now stays at a consistent temperature because the ductwork they designed and installed distributes the air perfectly with no hot or cold spots.

On top of their technical skills, they've been a pleasure to work with and took the time to go over my options thoroughly when I was initially deciding on a system to install. I recommend them any time I get the chance.

It started for us when Jesse showed up and gave us a quote to install a system. His quote impressed us, as well as the fellow that was doing a home inspection for us. It didn't stop there, because on more than one occasion I had questions for Jesse and texted him. He responded, even though he wasn't sure who I was. This continued until and after my wife and I agreed to purchase the Lennox Air Conditioner and Air Cleaner System from Expert Air Control. I had very positive conversations with Toby in the shop. Juan and Daniel did an excellent installation job and cleaned everything up when they were finished. After the installation we're responsible for getting an inspection. The voice response system used by our City is poor at best. Allison at Expert Air Control said she could schedule an inspection for us online and then sent us an email with all of the information. Everyone that my wife and I have worked with at Expert Air Control has been awesome to deal with. Thank you all for a great job.

Our furnace stopped heating our home and the fan kept blowing cold air non-stop. We called Expert Air Control on a Friday and their customer service was able to fit me in on Monday. I was very grateful!

Kevin arrived early and jumped right t in. Apparently Kevin was already familiar with our home since he performed an inspection 2 years before we bought the house. Kevin diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue pretty quickly and we have heat again! He shared his concerns that had been communicated to the previous owners who did not address them.

We are planning to resolve those issues through Expert in a follow on visit. Highly recommended!

Jesse Kelpszas from Expert Air Control came to our home and carefully explained three different heat pump systems for our home. Jesse was very courteous, arrived on time, and made sure that we had the information to select a system that gave us the most value for our budget. Once we selected a system he scheduled the installation for a time that fit our needs. When the installation crew arrived they asked a few questions about our preferences for the location of the heat pump and the thermostat and went about their business in a very efficient and non-intrusive manner. All of our questions about the system were answered in a courteous and understandable manner. We now have a quiet and efficient heating and cooling system. Good job!

In the year since we bought our fixer-upper featuring two ancient, decrepit furnaces, we've had the opportunity to interact with over half of the Expert Air Control team, so I feel that I can confidently say that this is a great company all around.

In the early months of living here, we had several regular and emergency service calls, during all of which Randy took great care of us and helped our antiquated systems make it through the winter. No matter what time of day or night it was, and even in the middle of the winter's biggest snowstorm, he always arrived with a smile on his face, ready to help.

As the weather began to warm up, we geared up to purchase new furnaces. Enter Andrew, technician-turned-salesman, who is as knowledgeable as they come. He helped us to select the units that were right for our needs, he never pressured us in the slightest, and he was even able to beat the quotes we received from two other suppliers in the area. It was a real comfort to work with someone who knows the products, not just the prices.

In preparation for the arrival of our new units, we had our two duct systems cleaned to remove 15+ years of filth; the previous homeowners had not kept up with regular maintenance, and it showed. The duct cleaning crew was polite, friendly, and respectful of our home—they were very conscientious about not making a mess during the process.

Our two new furnaces were installed on two different days and by two different crews, but the experience was the same: friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful people who went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly, that our questions were answered, that their workspace was neat and tidy when they left, and that we were completely satisfied with the work that had been done. They also identified some mistakes in the previous system's drainage configuration that could have led to damage down the road and corrected those problems.

Lastly, I must also mention the office staff, who are always kind and professional on the phone and via email. Across the board, these folks make it clear that they really care about their customers. If something isn't right, they'll work with you to fix it. Expert Air Control has shown me that they are all about warmth in every sense of the word. If you want a quality heating system installed by quality people, look no further. Highly recommended!

Expert Air Control dispatched Jesse to talk to me about what options I would have. After deciding on which option, Expert Air Control ordered the equipment. The day of installation, (Juan and Matt), the installation team was on time, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Juan, the lead installer was amazing in manufacturing the sheet metal parts. Even the mechanical inspector said the the sheet metal work was amazing. The Service Technician (Cory), was also very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Cory connected, checked, and made sure everything was working properly and efficiently. The overall experience working with Expert Air Control, was OUTSTANDING, and the installers/Technician was head and shoulders above others that I have dealt with in the past.

I recently replaced my 25 year old Gas Furnace with a high efficiency Trane SV92 and added Air Conditioning at the same time. I went with the Trane XR13 unit. Toby was the sales person who provided me with the quote. He was very personable and knew his stuff and I was very happy with him. He clearly had immense knowledge in this area. Juan and his crew were prompt to arrive. They did an excellent job with the installation of the Furnace and AC unit. The PVC ducting was installed really well and neatly tucked away from sight. Kudos to Juan for the awesome installation, he really went over and above. They utilized gravity for the condensation drain, and thus no pump was required to be installed which is great (one less electronic equipment to worry about if it fails).The electrician also did a super job of wiring the new 30Amp circuit. The electrical conduit was routed very nicely on the exterior and to the AC unit and I couldn’t be happier. A+ on everything. They were very willing to accommodate the placement of the exterior AC unit to my preference and routed the cabling with very little trouble. I was very impressed with their work. Once they were done, they cleaned up the garage and hauled away the old unit. I would highly recommend Expert Air to anyone looking for a competent AC & Heating contractor.
