I wasn't home for the installation of the duct for our kitchen vent hood but my wife was. She really liked you guys! Very professional and friendly, fast installation, quick to respond to emails and what not. We added insulation on the ducting but the guys weren't pushy about it. Just take it or leave it. We went with it cuz one: it's just a good idea and two: the guys were super cool about it. Not trying to sell more sruff, just doing a good job. Helpful. Also... Turns out we don't have an adequate amount of insulation in out attic and these guys do that too! Definitely going with these guys for that. Ryan is very accommodating and at a great price. Looking forward to putting up out new vent hood! Thanks guys.

Post Results was very responsive when we reached out, asking very specific questions to help understand our project. They came out, provided a thorough analysis of both our existing HVAC ducting in our craw space and provided helpful input on the new section of HVAC ducting we needed installed. They provided a quote quickly at a fair price. They installed the system the day we were scheduled, and exceeded our expectations on cleanliness of the work area and quality of install. Ryan and his team were able to come out and complete a dryer vent installation for me. I was so happy to find Post Results. I had gone through many HVAC companies that would not do repairs on my registers which turned out to not be secured and had holes in some of them. Ryan gave me a fair quote, quickly scheduled the job and worked efficiently around the chaos in my home (baby, pets, office zoom calls). I also requested quotes for replacing my furnace and heat pump, I ended up going with another company due to scheduling, but would not have hesitated otherwise to have Ryan back to do the work. Highly recommend!

You should hire Post Results, LLC. Clear communicators, careful workers, thoughtful presenters. They made sure our crawlspace was clear of water and rodents, and the dryer vent made safe. I had Expert Air control install a split system in our new home. There was a leak in two units. Kevin was sent out, he quickly found the problem corrected it and then checked the other units. Shannon took care of our fried TV without a hassle. This company has the kind of customer service that is rare to find these days. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

We are a military family, and traveled cross-country to our new home in Puyallup. Expert Air Control had installed the furnace in 2017 and did the Preventative Maintenance for the appraisal/inspection of the home sale. The homeowners, for whatever reason, chose not to comply with the documented recommendations of Expert Air and the inspector let it pass! Cory, our technician from Expert Air, guessed since the inspection was done in April when it was cool outside, that the inspector just assumed all was good and let it pass? Long story short, we arrived to a home in the hottest part of summer, with an A/C that couldn't cool below 80 degrees! Expert Air Control swept into action. They were prompt, empathetic, friendly, and professional. They had our home chilling at a cozy 72 degrees within hours. We HIGHLY recommend Expert Air Control. They have their eye on the prize of a long-term relationship and not a quick buck. Cory was amazing. If he's available, I'd definitely request him!

Cory came out to give us a bid on getting AC installed. He showed up on time, was very thorough and so very kind. He explained options that we had and went through what the process of installation would be like. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any extra items that weren't necessarily required. He also offered a few different quotes with different options which was extremely helpful! Also, the office staff is AMAZING. They actually answer the phone and have a great understanding and knowledge of the business.

Had air conditioning installed and Jesse, the sales rep, and James, the HVAC installer, were both great. Jesse went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and was extremely helpful with all the questions I had before, during and after installation. I will definitely use them again.

I want to express the great job the Service technician Steve Gilbert did for getting my fire place working. He was very kind, professional, masked up, and made sure the fire place was clean and up running again. Also explained things about the fire place. He is representing Expert Excellence. U rock Steve. (These fire places are so important to have in the winter if the power goes out) Thanks to Vista Property Management for sending this company.

My furnace just stopped working, I called them on Moday afternoon and they were able to get someone at my house first thing Wednesday morning. He did a quick check to see what he thought it might have been and gave me a recommendation to service my furnace and said that he thought a part went out and that was a fairly easy fix. He was able to get a technician out here within a few hours and have it fixed. They were so professional. I always get concerned when I have people come out to my house for quotes when my husband isn't home because I feel like there are people that will take advantage and try to upsell me or charge too much. They did not do that at all! The technician that fixed it even wanted to show me the broken piece. So glad I went with this company because I feel like they took such great care of us.
