Very good experience with Dima(MaclaF). He methodically followed the leak and found exactly where it was happening (a valve which if you don't think of looking there, it would not have been found). I had an old oil-based heating system that was long overdue for an upgrade. The team replaced it with a brand-new, modern AC system, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

They took the time to explain all the options clearly, helped me choose the best solution for my home, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The installation was done professionally, on schedule, and with great attention to detail.

The tech was very competent
It was not an easy fix because it involved
new homeowner finding the crawl space, and then having the tech crawl and discover that the vent was not done correctly. My dryer is working, and I am thrilled with the fix.

Fantastic service! Jason came out the very day we found out our furnace was dead during the cold and snow snap we recently had. He gave quotes on multiple systems and went over multiple options, answered many questions and was patient and not at all pushy. He encouraged us to get quotes and make the best decision for our family’s needs.

Not only did he have the best pricing out of the many quotes we got but answered questions we had all along the way. His communication with us was top notch and the team (Alex and Lefter) showed up on time and had the full replacement done (in the attic) before the end of the day and we were once again enjoying a heated house.

The owner Jason is amazing, another company totally botched a heat pump install and AirBest fixed it at a reasonable price, guaranteed the work, and made good on the guarantee, even though another issue came up later that was purposely hidden by the other company and was very hard to find

Jason, the owner, came to our home to provide a quote and was exceptionally knowledgeable about heat pumps, especially Mitsubishi systems. Unlike some other installers who were unsure about certain rebates, including the federal tax rebate for heat pumps, Jason took the mystery out of it. He clearly explained all available rebates (Eastside Energy, PSE, etc.) and patiently addressed all my questions. His pricing was competitive, and he was willing to price match a similar bid we had received.

Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. Jason even took the time to notify me of a slight shipping delay from the manufacturer on his day off, which I greatly appreciated. He quickly rescheduled the installation within just a few days.

Tim was awesome. Very polite, gave me a gameplan at first and then kept me in the loop with each step and did his best to troubleshoot. He also left things in nice order. The issue was identified and steps were taken to fix it. Probably the best interaction I’ve had with a service technician.

I had several places come out and give quotes to install A/C at both my house & my mom’s (she also got a heat pump) while it was still springtime and HVAC places were running coupon specials. While everyone was very personable from all companies, the prices and products really ranged. Jason (the owner) from AirBest turned out to live in my neighborhood and was very knowledgeable about my system, he was also kind, and offered to price match Bob’s. This was really the clincher—and he was very competitive in his pricing. His crew was all very respectful and tidy. And they even threw in complimentary duct cleaning at both places! We were very pleased and also signed up for their annual tune up service. I know he will be out again should we ever have an issue. Highly recommend!

Airbest just put a heatpump in at my house, let me tell you the customer service and professionalism of this company is amazing. When they were done I even received a call from the sales guy asking about how it went. I also got a call from the owner to ask how it went.
