My air conditioning went out and they came the same day to fix me up! Could not be happier. Excellent service. Saxon is a delight!

Great communication on a Saturday, confirmed parts on Monday, did the heat pump repair on Wednesday. Travel charge is a bit pricey ($140), but overall an excellent experience.

Honest, fair, high-quality HVAC installation. I wouldn't use anyone else for any HVAC needs. Have worked with them for over 20 years as a general contractor for new construction with ZERO issues or callbacks on equipment or install.

Their techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff was also clear in communication and thoughtful. They were able to work around my schedule and get a tech out to us in a couple days. Overall a positive experience!

Performed general checkup on our furnace and AC unit. The AC unit needed additional cleaning from all the cottonwood and not having it serviced the last few years. I would definitely use them again.

I'm so thankful for Sunrise Energy System's excellent service and honest diagnosis. I have 20 years old furnace, so I thought it's a good time to check it out. I called one company for tune-up, and the technician said that my furnace has several creaks. I almost purchased a new $14,000 furnace. Thankfully, I asked for a second opinion on that. The technicians from Sunrise Energy came and checked and said there's no damage found, no cracks, nothing! My furnace works fine, and I'm so happy to have heat back. Thank you again, Sunrise Energy!

Stop your search for a trustworthy home services small/local business… because you have found it! Words are insufficient to capture our gratitude for Elevation Home Services, and particularly for Beau, the owner. Our furnace went out just 3 months after purchasing our house and just as winter hit. I submitted a panicked message asking for a diagnostic visit and not only did Beau respond literally within minutes, he was at my house within the hour. Everyone else wanted me to call in an emergency or after-hours call ($$$) and otherwise weren’t available for days or weeks. He presented all of our options and was completely honest that the $1k repair option couldn’t be guaranteed because of the age of our furnace (turned out to be 33 years old!). We opted for a full replacement and Beau even researched the energy efficiency rebate through PSE and made sure the our invoice had all the necessary information reflected. HERE’S WHERE IT GETS EVEN BETTER. While we waited for the unit to come in (high quality Lennox unit), he did some tweaking and got our old furnace working again in the meantime. While working on it, he noticed our water heater (which wasn’t even part of the conversation!) wasn’t connected properly to the metal tubing and immediately fixed that too (at no cost!)! He also taught me how to clean it out myself to prolong its life. WAIT IT GETS BETTER. One day after he did the tweak to get it working until our new unit came in, it failed again and our house started getting cold fast. I texted him *on a Friday evening* to tell him so, and he FaceTimed me and walked me through some troubleshooting… and got it working again!! This was above and beyond!! The initial diagnostic fee was even waived/applied to our total and we were offered 2 financing options, one of which didn’t even have any interest or fees for a whole year. The technician that helped do the unit replacement was TOP NOTCH, had 30 years of experience, and was even teaching an apprentice. Without hesitation, I absolutely plan to hire Elevation Home Services again for everything we can! Thank you thank you Beau!!!!

They were amazing. They did our Patrick insulation. They were quick to quote and schedule. They did it really fast and we got a cool thank you gift. I’d add a photo but don’t feel like climbing into the attic. Will be getting a quote soon for foundation sealing

No show, no call! Can not talk to the office only a call center no where near here. Felt sketchy on the phone

No call no shows twice on top of having to deal with the initial schedule set up was already bad. They gave the first date and then the day of they texted us to “reschedule” with no apology or even explanation. Then the next 2 following reschedules I have had to be the one to initiate and neither dates no one contacted me for any communication. Spoke to about 3 reps and only one of them was kind of understanding. Bad service overall.
