I'm giving the service 5 stars because the technician was on time and very polite and friendly. The service was scheduled quickly. My only complaint was that It was a little pricey and the tax was not included in the quote.

Tim was incredibly accommodating and understanding when I was running late due to traffic. He was kind and patient the whole time, which I really appreciated. He quickly identified the issue and, although no work was done during that visit, he provided a fair and honest estimate for the job. He even took the time to ask about another issue—not his area specifically, but something the company handles—which really showed he cares. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Tim!

Airbest Home Services heating and air conditioning are the best!!! We got 5 other bids and they didn’t even come close to the detailed bid write up they even cleaned our air vents as part of the bid. The owner is a great guy.

Jason was amazing, he came to consult and gave us the best price for replacing our furnace and A/C. Everything was well planned and informed and on time. We had Serigy come in and he was one of the best folks, he took his time and ensured everything was taken care of. Tim came in for duct cleaning and he was amazing as well. Hands on the fastest transaction I had in a long time. Jason and his team were very prompt and direct. From assessment/estimate to installation of the heater pump in just 2 days! Jason explained to us every detail of the process and the product. This family-owned business really cares for their clients! Much recommended!

Just had Tim Hoon out to do a deep clean of air ducts and dryer vent. He was awesome to work with - kind, courteous, clean, and efficient. He explained every step of the process and ensured throughout the cleaning he kept me in the loop on what he found. I had a particularly tricky dryer vent on the roof that was massively backed up, and he was able to detach the return from inside the attic and clean it from there without having to climb on the roof. After he was all done with each phase (upstairs, dryer, and downstairs) he cleaned up his work area and checked in with me. Overall, the whole process took about 3.5 hours, but was worth it with how much gunk he got out of the system. Greatly appreciate AirBest fitting me in next day as well! Awesome team and I’ll definitely use them again.

Tim Hoon came on time was friendly and entertained my questions and concerns setting to work and getting my entire furnace system vacuumed. He even cleared my drier venting. All this was done in estimated time and he left us satisfied and breathing easy. He has a calm easy manner such that I am comfortable and confident to be calling on him for other household repairs. Tim from Airbest Home Services came out today and replaced a section of ductwork which had become home to hornets and had to be replaced due to damage. Tim not only replaced the ductwork but cleaned out the 90*degree elbow which also had a small dormant hive. Tim was professional and very fun to talk with. He showed me detail photos of the work and I was very satisfied.The replacement cost was affordable and on par with what I expected. Good job, Tim and thank you Airbest Home Services!!

Great experience with the AirBest team on scheduling and service. We were able to get Tim to the house in a couple of business days. He was friendly, walked us through the process of cleaning the ductwork, registers and grilles, and took great care of our home. Tim also provided helpful tips on filters for our furnace and ducts for optimal performance. He was such a professional our neighbor scheduled with him as well!
