We recently had our furnace gas valve replaced with Gold Standard HVAC. The technicians were extremely fast in diagnosing the issue, ordering the part needed, and installation. They were very punctual on timing unlike plenty of other companies. Additionally the pricing was fair for both the part and time/labor.

Needed to replace my aging furnace and add a cooling option. I called several places for quotes. Gold Standard came out very quickly, performed a free consultation and sent me 2 very competitive quotes. Scheduling for installation was pretty easy. On installation day, they showed up on time and were very respectful about keeping my home clean as they went in and out of my crawl space. They used drop cloths as needed and took off shoes in some areas of the house. Installation was smooth and relatively quick and my new heat pump/ furnace combo is working flawlessly so far. The team from WestCoast did an excellent job helping me pick a heat pump system for my house and answering my questions, including options for air filter upgrades. The installation was very professional with great attention to detail and workmanship. The heat pump itself is amazing and I couldn’t be happier! First time having air conditioning and it is saving a huge amount in electricity and the system is easy to use.

WestCoast Heating & Air is an extremely honest and professional company you can completely rely on. My MIL woke with no heat in freezing weather conditions and we were unsure the problem. Michael and Diane went well out of their way (outside of normal business hours) to make sure her heat was back on in a timely fashion. We cannot recommend this family owned business highly enough. I decided to replace my 21 year old furnace and ended up going with West Coast after getting several bids. Most companies have a full time salesman come out to do the bid, while not inherently a bad thing they do tend to be "salesy". Michael the owner of West Coast was the person who came out to give me a bid and it was a much better experience. I didn't feel like it was a sales talk. Michael wanted to help me out and we talked about different options and what would work best. He gave me a bid that was great price and he knew there would be some extra work involved removing the old system.

With the current supply chain issues I did have to wait a bit longer than I would have wanted, but this is no fault of Michael or his company. They were great with keeping in touch with me while waiting for the furnace to be in stock.

The installers were on time and did a great job. They were both very nice and took a lot of pride in the work they did for me. I had some old equipment that needed removed and they really went above and beyond in cleaning things up and patching up the less than stellar work from the previous furnace.

Outstanding customer service and install and price!! This company gave my elderly aunt (and me) a very good price for an American Standard HVAC and AC unit and top of the line thermostat. I got 3 bids. Although the other companies offered 10 year warranty vs 5 year, this company included replacing the refrigeration lines versus just flushing them and offered American Standard brand vs other brands at a good price. The company responded to my inquiry to a quote the same day and my questions either the same day or with 24 hours. This type of customer service makes up for a 10 yr warranty vs a 5 yr warranty and why I chose WestCoast. I know if my elderly aunt or myself call for help they will respond immediately and let us know when they can come out or what we can do before their arrival. Josh and his colleague from WestCoast Heating & Air LLC arrived right on time and were very efficient and professional with the install. I am more than thrilled I selected them. I also paid for 5 years of maintenance service in advance (to ensure everything is running well and change filter if needed) after the one year is up so my aunt doesn’t have to worry about it. This is an honest family run business with great customer service. I had NO HEAT and Diane listened to my problem and sent someone right out. Josh showed up on time and found my problem quickly. He got right to work, fixed the problem and even installed my new thermostat. I needed minimal new parts and the service fee was cheaper than all other companies that I researched. I was very satisfied with every phase of business with West Coast Heating & Air. They are now my go to company for any A/C and heating needs in the future.

We had an older heat pump unit that failed this past summer. We shopped around a few places to get a comparison and West Coast was by far the best experience.
