What else can I say that hasn't already be said. Our old oil furnace finally crapped out during a February cold snap. We received three bids and theirs was in the middle but the service provided couldn't be touched. Mike made sure to assist us with any and all rebates/credits that the city and federal government offer. Where others said they couldn't remove the old furnace or I had to dig a big hole for them to get it out of our crawlspace, Mike assured me that his crew could get it done. They showed up on time each day and finished the entire project half a day ahead of schedule. I couldn't more pleased with the service that WestCoast provided.

Amazing team at WestCoast Heating and Air. Mike and Diane are awesome to work with. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and won't over sell you anything. He takes very precise and accurate measurements of your house and what capacity it can handle and will recommend the best product for you and your needs that will function properly in your home. They have installed our new high efficiency furnace, central cooling AC unit and this Spring we had them out to install 2 room units (master bedroom and kids playroom) because those 2 rooms would get a little colder and hotter in the winter/summer, so wanted a little extra comfort support. Everything has been working smoothly and we are living more comfortably because of WestCoast.

West Coast was awesome! They came out quickly to assess our furnace and did fantastic work when installing our new system. The team was professional and did a quality install. I highly recommend them for heating/HVAC services.

Completed a biannual tuneup. While checking the system performance after the tuneup Nick noticed air from one vent was below expectations. He went under the house and found two flexible ducts that needed reattaching. Completed the work as part of the tuneup. Impressed with the work and signed up for a yearly contract.

Mike was very straightforward and honest during the consultation. Him and his team are clearly very knowledgeable about the industry. They worked in a very prompt and professional manner, and my family could not be more pleased with the system they installed. The price was very reasonable considering how things are a bit expensive at the moment. I highly recommend going with these guys!

We got three quotes for equipping AC in our home. After a recommendation from a family member, WestCoast was not only the best value (compared to Costco and Taylor), but the service was amazing. I get nervous with larger purchases, especially when it comes to getting quotes/estimates on something I'm not familiar with. We paid exactly what was quoted, and his crew was just as friendly, respectful, and straightforward as he was.

Even though I didn't go with West Coast, I wanted to give Mike a 5 star shout out. He arrived within hours of calling for a bid on a new heat pump. He was extremely thorough and professional, and gave me a written bid on the spot. I'm was very impressed with him and wouldn't hesitate to do business with him in the future.

West Coast heating is the best company if you want quality products and service. I had a system replaced several months ago. The quality of customer service surpasses most companies. Because of an injury it wasn't easy for me to go into them so they brought the paperwork to me and they also helped me get a great deal because of rebates. The furnace and heat pump that I purchased are awesome. I cannot begin to express the quality of product and service received. It's far Superior to my previous system. You cannot go wrong doing business with them. I waited to do the review after using the system so I could also give feedback on the system. It is excellent. Furnace went out on Tuesday. Had a tech out same day and a new furnace by Wednesday! Extremely grateful we didn’t have to go the long weekend without heat. 10/10 recommend!

I had a new furnace installed in November and it has been running great. Keeps the house evenly warm, even during our extreme cold streak we have been having. This company is great, highly recommend them.

This company was so easy to work with. Mike the owner is so knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through our different option. Once we chose the right one, it was a same day install. Mike helped me program my thermostat and even came back to walk me through it again cause I didn't absorb it the first time lol. Great company!!! I highly recommend!

Excellent service every time. I have used them for several years and they are very honest and dependable. Their pricing is upfront and no "add-ons". Their yearly service has kept my furnace in great condition and it works great. Good value!
