We got a new ductless heating and cooling system for the house. They were very quick and efficient but most of all professional and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and gave both options and recommendations to have the most efficient and cleanest look for our particular house. I would very much recommend.

Lowest bid with excellent workmanship. I chose WestCoast Heating & Air after carefully researching among several local contractors for a new heat pump replacement. I selected the BOSCH 3 ton with Cold Climate feature that can run at full capacity at 5 degree F unlike my old unit could only operate at 40F or above. Michael was very helpful on answering all my questions and also his crew (Nick, Josh) did the outstanding work. The new unit has been working perfectly with full heat on at outside temp of 33F in the last several days.

Update 7/28/2025
Just got a free equipment check up from Westcoast. The Tech, Nick discovered the outside unit fan was occasionally noisy. He followed up with the manufacturer for a replacement. A few days later, fan was replaced and it's running quite since then. The replacement was still within the manufacturing warranty. Again, I am very pleased with the post sale support from Westcoast. Such service I would not imagine coming from other contractors. Thanks again Westcoast.

The owner Michael and his son Jason were great. They gave me a quality Bosch ductless heat pump system at a very reasonable price which included everything. They were very professional, everything was installed in a single day and I absolutely love my new heating and cooling system. Highly recommended them!
