Our 28 year old furnace finally died. When I requested a diagnostic estimate online in a search for the best HVAC businesses in our area (Lacey), Madco Heating & Cooling responded immediately. We set up the appointment and Zach the owner came by the next day. After very clearly showing me the furnace was beyond repair, he presented us with several good options and then guided us (painlessly!) through the financing. The very next day, in only 4 hours time Zach delivered and installed our brand new furnace, UV air scrubber, and evaporator coil (for future AC installation). We could not be happier that we chose Madco! Zach provided us with a warm home again, with a far better system than we had before, and at a very reasonable price. We are grateful for his professionalism & courtesy, quick service, and really putting us at ease throughout the process. I had Zac install air conditioning in our home. He did a great job in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. A pleasurable experience with a great outcome for sure! Also very reasonably priced.

Zach just installed central air conditioning in our house. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company! Zach's initial assessment and estimate was low key, no pushing or pressure whatever. And it was clear from our first conversation that he was the right choice for this job. In fact we never even got another bid. He showed up a week later and did the job. We were impressed with his efficiency and work ethic. The job was performed flawlessly. He was on time and on budget. We must also mention that Zach is just an incredibly personable, honest young man. It was a delight working with him. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked. In fact we already have recommended him to several of our neighbors.

Zac of Madco is a wonderful person, family-person and business owner. He's really on top of it when it comes to communication and punctuality. He really impressed us with his knowledge and experience. He knew everything and then some - providing us with extra, fun options we never even considered. His pricing is competitive and his craftsmanship is spot on and timely. We accepted his bid on Friday and we had a completely new system by Monday afternoon. Can't beat that.

My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, on Friday night, with my husband out of town. 😭 With two small kids, and what was looking to be a miserable weekend I called about 40 places trying to get someone out to fix it on a Saturday, in a week of record highs. (Aka: good luck buddy)

Zach called me on the phone to get some information and was able to squeeze me in between two appointments. It took him maybe 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem, and luckily for me and my wallet it was just a broken capacitor!

He also was charging less than all the other places had quoted me just for coming out! I got it fixed and repaired for less than it would have cost another company to come and look.

He's a hero, and I will never use any other service for the duration of my time in this area!

High level craftsmanship. Zack installed my solar mini-split system with the highest quality and fast. I seriously thought it was going to take a while since it was just him that showed up to the job site. I guess he doesn’t need the help since he got the job done before my lunch break and the work itself shows he is highly skilled and qualified. I’d definitely recommend him for any AC work.

Attention to detail and proper installation of a new heat pump and ac unit was excellent. I highly recommend Madco for any type of heating and cooling issues or replacement.

He only quoted what was truly necessary to fix our furnace and did not try to upsell or add unnecessary services or markups like some of the other vendors we received bids from.

I half to say. I got many quotes and talked to so many places regarding our current heating system and relocating it/new furnace/AC installation, and we were told it would cost 20k plus as well as it would most lol be impossible to relocate our current furnace to another location. Anyways, when I contacted vallet furnace, not only did they tell us they could do it all but at an amazing price! They came and were very professional and did it all in 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone! Staff knows what their doing ☺

Our heat pump was not working properly.
Darrell assessed the problem, fixed what he could on the spot. There was a part needed to finish the work.
The part was ordered and installed as soon as it came in.

I have used Valley Furnace for all my furnace, heat pump and now my water heater purchases and maintenance for over 24 years. They are always professional and great to work with. I can trust them as well as their work.

Our furnace quit suddenly, on a Friday in mid-October. Although they had a full schedule already, Darrell came by the same day. Then, after getting a part (covered by our warranty) Shawn had us up and running on Monday. Their willingness to rescue us on short notice puts Valley Furnace on the top of our list.

We recently purchased a house that Valley Furnace installed so we called them to service the unit and the sent Darrell who was amazing! He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help me install my new thermostat!

Valley furnace has been helpful since I started using them. They are about the only ones who will work on boiler systems. I had an old boiler system that they kept alive as long as possible for me, but when it died they helped out by replacing it with a Navian hot water system. They been very professional and quick to respond. Thank you guys.

Valley is really the only place to use if you live this way. The team is real and gives you solid advice on your situation. I had to get a new updated system as my was over 20 years old. I was given options to get my current system back up and running for a couple more years and how it could be maintained. My choice was to upgrade and install a new unit. Not only did I get a drastically lower price here than anywhere else I checked. I got service you would receive from a really good friend. In order to meet timeline and schedule my full installation was done while out of town for a week. The Valley team did a fabulous job and went above and beyond what I could expect. Examples: 1. When new Water Heater was installed they removed the old cement slab and poured a new smaller one to fit the area and unit. 2. The old electrical and piping was removed and patched up. Looked like a new part of my garage! 3... and well to most might not seem as valuable, but I got home and had a call with the team to go over my new system to make sure it was done. I went to pay and they said they would call me next week to work it out. Didn't want me to feel rushed coming off vacation over Thanksgiving. Felt like a real family business, and one that would not be focused about getting your dollars this second. Considering Covid and all the things happening in the world and businesses... just a little extra breath to make sure coming home after a holiday I could see where I was at. Valley also had great finance options I explored too but decided to just pay outright. Hard to put a dollar on that with a company.

We have used Valley Furnace three time and always had an excellent experience with Andy and his crew. They are honest, prompt, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Valley Furnace installed a ductless system in our condo and did a fabulous job! Andy was very prompt in coming out and assessing our situation and got back to us in a timely fashion with a quote. The installation was a bit tricky but they dealt with the issues in a professsional manner.

Before the condo we enjoyed Valley Furnace for 40 years as they installed and serviced 2 heat pumps in our home.

Needless to say we HIGHLY recommend Valley Furnace!
