Valley Furnace did a great job installing my new gas furnace. They installed a good quality furnace at a fair price. They told me when they gave me the quote that it would be a couple weeks before they could install it but I was not in a hurry because my old furnace was still working. They were here the day they scheduled me for even a few minutes early. Very professional installation, cleaned up, took the old furnace and explained how to use the new thermostat! 5 stars. Leon B. The technician that came out was truly amazing. Not only did he fix what needed to be fixed right away but he also was a sweetheart. I was also very very pleased with the bill. Compared to different places that I called, it is very nice that Valley Furnace has very affordable prices and the technicians do amazing jobs.

I’ve used Valley Furnace to service the variety of heating systems we’ve had over the years - oil furnace with forced air and an oil burning boiler system. I’ve also had them plumb for propane fireplace. Recently I had them install a heat pump, heat exchange unit, and venting. Valley Furnace has always been transparent and professional with us, offering high quality service and products.

They are responsive, work hard to help provide your repairs and service as quickly as possible (the same day in our case, but everyone should realize not every repair can be a same day fix!). I had an amazing experience with Valley Furnace. During the recent cold snap we had our furnace start to break down. Valley worked to get a tech out to us during a time when they were in high demand. Our tech was truly incredible. He showed us what the issue was, quickly fixed the problem and charged us his very reasonable fee without any attempt to upswell us. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone.

A big shout out to Valley Furnace. The technicians that came out were very polite , thuro and nice. Came in diagnosed the problem , fixed it.
Best part was it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Oh , they were the only ones that would come out to work on an oil fired boiler heating system.
I spent the day before1 1/2 hrs on the phone trying to find someone. They said " No problem". Thanks again.

My parents have an ancient Oil furnace and it quit on them during the 20°-30° weather we just had. Everyone in the area that knows this type of furnace has retired or is on their way to retirement. Dad found help with you guys and was very pleased with the swift response and the service technician bringing along a younger guy to show him how to work on this relic.

My heat pump kept shutting off so I called Valley Furnace and they found the filters were really dirty. I did not know that the heat pumps need regular service. Anyway the heat pump is working great and Valley Furnace was affordable and they came out quickly.

We have used Valley Furnace for everything from regular maintenance to installing a heat pump. Their service is exceptional. When our furnace needed a new part and went out for a few days, Theresa offered to drive to our house to drop off space heaters. We will always be loyal Valley Furnace customers!

I have a 30+ year old oil heater that stopped producing heat almost 2 years ago. The several companies I called could not isolate the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable even though he was relatively young. He spent the time to isolate the problem and verified everything else in the system was operating before he left. Well worth the money spent.

Service is everything. And I am pretty sure that the Hayes team could teach classes on A+ service. I worked with, or talked to, five members of the Hayes team over the course of a week and every one​ of them delivered​ a way above average experience. Briefly, my 16-year-old​ furnace gave up on a Saturday night. The service tech talked me through all my options​-in clear language-and, ​we agreed a new furnace was the right choice. There was no hard sell and no upsell​, the tech even insisted I consider my choices overnight​. A few days later, a new furnace installed. And me very happy and warm. Thank you, ​Kirton and the whole team at Hayes. I will never use anyone else for my heating/hot water needs.

My Heat Pump mini split and ducted air handler installation was completed yesterday. It was a big job done professional and well by Curtan, Will, Tyler, and another unnamed tech. Curtan was the tech who also did my initial quote. I want to point out the reason I chose Hayes was complete itemize transparency on the quote I agreed to and the value received. This sets Hayes apart from the competition because most HVAC companies will pull price without explanation on one line item which tells you nothing other than total cost but not how it was derived. Hayes also cleans up their job site when complete and left me with extensive knowledge of my Heat Pump system.

Also want to thank Carlie and Darleen who answered my calls and responded to my inquiries. I appreciate you all and the team and look forward to working with you again for installs, service, and upgrades.
