I have a very favorable feeling towards Hayes Heating and Cooling. They are the company that removed my old oil furnace and installed a new natural gas Coleman furnace. They just finished their third or fourth servicing and I'm pleased with the service. I think they really know what they're doing and they deserve five stars.

When we remodeled our home we decided that we should have a heat pump to provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer as well as an on demand recirculating water heater. As installed by the contractor, they worked but did not work well. The contractor would not service these and we had to seek other help which went from bad to worse, that is until we hit on Hayes. Hayes corrected the faulty installation in both systems that are now reliable and work well. Hayes provide as needed prompt expert service.
It has been 13 years now that we've used Hayes and I cannot fault them. They are our savior.

Brandon was very professional and friendly. He explained the process and answered all my questions. He made sure the furnace was clean and functioning properly. Very reasonable price. Appreciate the great customer service!

He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system, walked me through how my heating setup works, and made sure I understood every step. His professionalism, knowledge, and patience were truly appreciated.

HVAC tech was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He discovered a problem we did not know existed and corrected it. He also worked with his manager and they found a way to lessen the charge to us . Good to know customer service is still alive!

Cody was very friendly and accommodating. I will personally request him he next time I need help with my heat pump. He is very knowledgeable,respectful and I felt comfortable talking to him

Very prompt, reasonable prices and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Had a whole new HVAC system installed to include furnace, heat pump, coil and EAC. Phenomenal work, would highly recommend.

After 20 weeks of First American Warranty playing games with us over our hvac system we hired Cummings heating and cooling. They came quickly and gave us an estimate to replace our system . They were able to remove the old system and install the new system all in one day. They even hauled away the old system, cleaned up the mess and took all the trash away. We are so impressed with Blade and crew. We appreciate their hard work. I highly recommend this company.

We had a 2-zone mini-split ductless system installed. Excellent customer service, a very competitive bid, and a great crew. They came when they said they would and completed the installation as well as all the electrical in a day. What more could we ask for? The job was handled professionally and we are so pleased with the results! Highly recommended!

Had them come out and find out what was causing the loud noise from my heat pump. Found the problem, coils needed to be cleaned. Wonderful service technician and pleasant to talk to. If your having issues with heating or cooling items with your home Cummings is strongly recommended!! I have had them for ten years or more and they don't break your wallet!!!

Had panel replaced to make room for EV charger, which they also installed. Even though the original electrician took some shortcuts caught by the inspector, the company stayed true to providing safe and quality work by fixing all noted deficiencies and the ones they observed during the rework. Not happy on the multiple outages, but very happy with the company’s commitment to doing it right. I recommend them highly based on their ethics. You sometimes have poor performing workers and having core values like theirs ensures quality is provided to customers, regardless. Thank you for that.

My mother's ancient water heater was leaking, and out of the 3 companies I called for a bid, Cummings had the best price and best reputation. They arrived ahead of schedule the next day, and got the job done that afternoon.
