Techs were very friendly and did a great job. We have two big dogs and were worried about what to do with with them while the work was being done, but the techs were fine with working around them which was great. They also worked efficiently and finished must quicker and were done earlier in the day than we expected. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done.

Cummings does a tremendous job of servicing our HVAC system and heat pump annually. They have also provided us with informed guidance. When we thought it might be time to replace about our water heater, we were advised that our top-of-the-line had at least another decade in it before we needed to do anything. This is honesty you can rely on!

Cummings HVAC was a great experience for replacing my 10 year old failed heat pump. Their price for the install was 2/3 the estimate from the company that I have dealt with for years. Their expedience for doing the work was excellent. Customer service since the install has been great.

Cummings was very responsive and knowledgeable, with great customer service and expertise that helped me fix my heater before the winter came through out here. Long story short, I have an old oil furnace for heat and no other companies in the area had the equipment or skills to handle my seasonal maintenance or troubleshooting needs. When I called Cummings, they linked me up with Lance, the owner himself, who showed up in person to handle my oil heaters’ issue. I was turned away by all the other big local names and Cummings came through when they could not, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Cody was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and answered all my questions. He was on time, gave excellent advice, showed me how to change filter, and what to look for if any problems come up. Fabulous experience! We needed to replace a 26 year old hvac system in the middle of Summer heat. It was looked at, scheduled and installed all within a week. The technicians were all very efficient and professional. The old ac unit and under house furnace was removed, hauled away and the new heatpump and furnace was installed and running by the end of the day. We're thrilled about it being so very quiet and looking forward to lower heating costs!

I have used Cummings twice, and a friend used Cummings upon my recommendation. In all cases, Cummings was professional, competent and courteous. Their prices were very reasonable, and the work was done, timely, and correctly. And their estimates of the work clearly show the costs for both parts and labor.

Lance identified the issue quickly and when they came to do the repair, very quick and thorough. In addition, Cody and Blade are awesome. Our heat pump had various issues, but in the end, we had it replaced for peace of mind and they were more than accommodating. They honored they're warranty after 2 years and that covered most of the cost of the replacement fan motor

The installation crew was on time, and got the system installed in about 6 hours. They were knowledgeable and professional and got the work done quickly and did a good job explaining how the system works.

Fast friendly tech came out and did a thorough inspection of my heat pump and furnace. He also tried to readjust my thermostat, which wasn’t working right. Ultimately, they need to replace it.

Our Service Technician was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job quickly and efficiently and our HVAC system is back up and running, ready for the coming seasons.
