My gas fireplace was not working so I called Hayes Heating who had serviced my furnace the last several years. The technician, Glen, arrived during the allotted 2 hour time given to for his arrival. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my many questions with patience. He had the issue solved quickly and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. He also found one other problem regarding a pipe to the furnace that I was not aware of. I have scheduled that to be fixed with Hayes Heating. I am confident that the service will be done efficiently. I like the fact that this is a local family business . Their prices seem fair.

Technician was very thorough and took the time to explain what he did to fix my furnace and tankless water heater. I will definitely call them again for service.

I felt that the price quote for the water heater and labor was better than all the other quotes I got. The installation was very professionally done. Even though we had a problem it was taken care of very quickly. Over all I am very pleased with the job done

Great service! We needed some work on our hot water boiler. We found Hayes Heating after receiving horrible service from another local company. Not only did Hayes Heating give excellent service, their service charge was 1/2 of the other guys. Highly recommend!

I appreciate Hayes Heating for arranging furnace maintenance appointments early in the fall season. A Hayes Heating Technician performs cleaning of burners and flame tests to certify both the furnace and the condensation pump are in good working condition.I feel confident the furnace will continue functioning, providing heat, even as the coldest weather sets in.

Fantastic experience. We have worked with so many contractors and professional companies from roofs to windows over the year. Hayes was definitely a breath of fresh air. Great experience. Knowledgeable technicians. Jerry explained the problem and how to address it. He thoroughly explained the steps to rectify the problem.
To a person with no hvac. knowledge other than how to adjust the thermostat it was a comfort to hand the problem over to a competent technician.

Four stars is appropriate for this visit, but not the one prior when the same technician failed to clean the blower. It does shake our confidence.

Jerry came to perform maintenance on my gas furnace and tankless water heater. He was on time and finished the work within 1 hour. He then explained (sat down and explained!) what he had done, what the status of the parts of the furnace are currently and what repairs may be needed coming up. Did the job and educated me! I highly recommend.

Our gas furnace stopped generating heat earlier this week on a winter evening. Called Hayes next morning and Kirtan was at our place within a couple hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which required a part run into the City, complete with a full inspection and cleaning. We quickly had our heat restored, and the price was reasonable. Kirtan was very knowledgeable and friendly, without being too pushy trying to upsell us on additional services or maintenance. Happy to support a long-running family-owned business in our area. There’s a reason we keep having Hayes Heating and Air Conditioning back for service and maintenance. They always do a good job. I trust their expertise, as well.

I called in the morning to schedule an appointment to have my gas fireplace serviced, and as luck would have it, Jerry showed up a few short hours later to take care of it. He was friendly and professional, and the fireplace looked way better once he finished the service. Most importantly it was working properly again.

Our technician was super knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away. He was also very friendly and helped us troubleshoot a separate issue with our fireplace and discussed some options for heating and cooling an exterior shed. Would definitely recommend.

Always a pleasure to do business with Hayes heating. After trying to save money and using a coupon to have annual service done, the company we used told us that we had $1500 worth of repairs that needed to be completed.
We called Hayes for a second opinion, and all it took to fix the problem was the tightening of a clamp.
Will NEVER coupon shop again, and as a matter of fact we have joined Hayes annual service program and will never have to think about anything from our annual service to who is going to do the job right the first time.

Great local business. They worked with us to repair a heater that serves a remote cabin and were very accommodating. Really nice people too.

Hayes was able to come out quickly and check our furnace for the yearly check. We've used them for a few years now and trust them to do a great job. The tech was clear on what was done and was very personable. We'll definitely be continuing with Hayes going forward.

Brandon serviced our furnace and was very professional and easy going. Schedule was easy and pricing was up front.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.. He identified the problem - the pilot light wouldn’t start with the remote and fixed it. The backup batteries had failed. He cleaned up the corrosion and installed the new batteries. He then tested the fireplace to ensure the problem was fixed.

We contacted Hayes with a no heat issue. Brandon came out this morning and figured out the issue. It turned out to be a simple fix. Brandon was awesome and friendly and professional!!
