Jeremy was extremely professional and creative. One of the projects was complex and he found a solution. He was efficient, working the whole time and very professional. Sometimes he can be hard to book but I guess that’s because people like his work.

We needed a dryer vent relocated, didn't have time to do it ourselves, and needed the work done ASAP. Jeremy was able to fit us in quickly, photo-documented his work as we were not onsite, was very pleasant, and saved us a bunch of time and hassle. I would definitely hire him again.

Jeremy was super responsive, professional given all the COVID precautions, made really good use of the time we had, and installed and built furniture for me with precision. He even hauled all the cardboard away for me afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I would add that I didn't give a whole lot of detail about what we would be doing because I wasn't sure in advance, and this did not seem to phase him at all. :)

Jeremy was great. He was on time and did a fantastic job replacing a toilet and repairing some baseboards in the bathroom. He was able to fit me in at the last minute too. Highly recommended!!

I was really excited to work with PNW Home Improvement LLC, because I really like to support local businesses and new businesses. But people have to take pride in their work. It started well, ended with drywall repair that looks like he didn’t let the texture dry and then painted on wet texture. It’s all gloopy and thick with almost no texture. When I pointed it out, he said it wasn’t worth coming back to fix. It was worth it to me, because I was paying for a job well done. And that comment was a total “I don’t care” red flag. He didn’t bother to check the paint match on a baseboard replacement, and when it was obviously not even close, he told me he’d charge me extra too fix his poor work. He left paint and goop on my furniture, on my windows, on my window sills. I will have to pay someone else to fix his work. So not worth hiring him. He offered a cash discount, which I took. And now I understand why. So he can just disappear after a bad job. This was so disappointing. To be fair, he did one job right, outside, that did not require the finesse of the inside jobs.
