PNW Home Improvment did a fantastic job installing a pergola on our rooftop patio. They were even able to handle the heavy lifting for a few of the poles we couldn’t fit up the inside stairs. They were super friendly and professional, and we would absolutely not hesitate to use their service again, and recommend them to anyone else who needs work done! Thank you, again!

I had two projects that were kind of "out of the box" and I needed somebody to help me brainstorm ideas. Jeremy was willing to collaborate with me to figure out some creative options.
One of the projects involved such an oddly shaped space that we ultimately decided not to move forward. He did suggest a simple solution that I could do myself so I wasn't left in the lurch. A different builder might have just taken my money and proceeded with my design, and then I would have been met with a disappointing outcome. So I really appreciate it when a vendor is completely honest about what will work or not work. That builds trust in my book.
On top of all of this, he was very friendly to work with, and communication was easy. I will definitely call him back!

We're an older couple and even small things can be difficult for us to do. We had a kitchen drawer that was jammed and Jeremy easily and quickly fixed it for us. We thought a light switch was broken, but it turned out to be the light fixture. We looked on-line and picked out a new fixture. Jeremy went to the hardware store picked up the fixture and installed all in about an hour.

Based on his earlier work we had Jeremy come back to paint our bathroom and tile our bathtub surround. It was a disaster. The paint job is blobby and he got paint on various fixtures as well as our deck and outdoor furniture. The tile is crooked and our bathtub drain is now clogged due to all the debris that washed off the walls. It cost $1,600 to have our pipes cleaned out.

I would not hire PNW Home Improvement LLC again.

So so happy these guys did amazing job on my plumbing . I don't know lick of anything when comes to that stuff and Jeremy was so knowledgeable, genuine,and very awesome when comes to timing and price . I will recommend him 10/10 times .

Jeremy was super responsive! We ended up with a leak in a bedroom from a snow storm and was able to get ahold of Jeremy early in the morning and he was at our place fixing the leaking by mid morning. He was quick, reliable and great at communicating what he was doing and why. Very appreciative of his responsiveness and getting back to us so quickly when we needed it!

Jeremy is a pleasure to work with. He got the work done quickly and did a great job. He communicated very well about what needed to be done. Very reliable. He then came back the next day, on Saturday, to unclog a sink drain that we couldn’t get unclogged. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy is amazing! He came out late on a Saturday night to assess what turned out to be a fairly arduous plumbing issue. He continued to give us advice about how to move forward and was responsive, kind, and informative. Will keep his info for future jobs without a doubt!

Jeremy was great to work with -- knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and a genuine craftsman. He even went above and beyond, quietly fixing some things he happened to notice, which was so appreciated! Absolutely will use him again and recommend him highly to others.

I've had Jeremy do multiple items of work at a rental of mine and plan to use him moving forward for a variety of small and large projects. He installed a fume hood over my stove, repaired exterior window trim that had warped because it hadn't been properly sealed, power-washed and resealed some cedar accents, fixed our toilet, and most recently addressed a leak in a few fittings around our furnace's condensation piping. He is a jack of many trades. But what I appreciate the most about all this work is that he's been extremely responsive when I text him and scope out the work. I have him coming out soon to do some gutter cleaning and troubleshooting for some exterior lighting.

Jeremy replaced a hanging light in a stairway, replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and installed a timer switch, and hung a piece of artwork on a high wall above stairs where I would never have wanted to try to do it myself. He knew how to do these electrical and installation tasks very easily, and he worked with me regarding the best way and place to hang the art work. He is a nice and pleasant person to work with and I'll hire him again without a doubt. Oh and he was responsive to texts and managed his time exactly the way he said he would. Really professional all the way around.

Jeremy is great to work with. We recently hired him to replace some under sink particleboard after it rotted from water damage. He was very knowledgeable, and the quality of his work was great. Jeremy was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend to him to others!

I came across situations where he saved me money (even after we agreed on the work and price). He is always upfront about the effort and will do a great job! On top of it, he is super responsive. Bill and his crew charged me over 3k to replace two shower heads, a dishwasher, and repair the garbage disposal. Not only do all the shower heads leak, they left tons of garbage and the old dishwasher under the stairs. Terrible pricing and not a good job done.

These guys are awesome. I had several honey-do projects and each task was fully completed in little time. Hung mirrors, pictures, fixed porch light, hung a wall mount tv and various other projects. They are professional, on time, friendly and do top notch work. Always work in pairs so jobs are completed much faster. Definitely recommend. Shari Paris

I have used this company twice for projects in my condo and they are just excellent. Fast and efficient and good value. They do a big range of projects - I have had them remove attached fixtures and repair drywall, also plumbing work and relocating an electrical outlet. I particularly appreciate their communication and willingness to respond to questions.
