Fast unloading. Little bit difficult to get a 53’ trailer in here but not terrible.

When in need of unconventional plumbing cartridges, these are the preferred providers. For warranty items such as commercial water heaters, they are also the optimal choice. Few establishments possess the extensive knowledge that they do.

Clueless.. This guy couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the instructions written on the bottom.

My husband has been calling and leaving voicemails for Franich to come service the unit they installed since we bought our home 7 (SEVEN!!) years ago. He left numerous voicemails and messages with telephone answering staff (receptionist??) but never received a callback or response. I also started calling and emailed them in January of this year with similar results but eventually made a breakthrough in that I received a call from Brian followed by some commitments to help us get someone out to service or even replace/upgrade the unit. However, since Brian told me he would personally find another company to service our unit or have Franich do it as a backup back in February, they've gone dark again. On 2/3/23, he stated via email, "I will reach out to Bosch/Buderus directly and see what support they can offer. If we can't get someone to help you out we will make an attempt to service and fix your existing boiler." I have followed up numerous times via email and by leaving voicemails asking for updates and attempting to coordinate scheduling a visit, but my communication efforts have gone unanswered. I'm dumbfounded that a company who built and installed a unit in a brand new home isn't willing to stand by their work because they are "too busy" and "no longer service the area," and it's even more appalling that an owner of the business personally promised me he would find resolution for us and then ghosted me shortly thereafter. I, too, am a small business owner, and shady practices like this and a lack of follow through on commitments made to clients are MAJOR red flags. Buyer beware: look elsewhere for your plumbing and hydronic heating needs.

We purchased our home from the previous owners that used this contractor. The equipment came with a letter from the owner:

“We want to bring to your attention that preventative maintenance needs to be done on an annual basis for your home heating equipment (boiler). This inspection and service will satisfy the warranty per the manufacturer's standards and will insure the safe operation and efficiency of the equipment.
To schedule at appointment please contact Brent Franich, Brian Franich or Steve Franich.”

We have been attempting to contact them for almost 7 years now to schedule service and to obviously pay them for their time. They have been unresponsive and it’s actually become an annual joke with us to see if they will dodge the call or make up an excuse.

January of 2023 my wife believed she made breakthrough contact as they had a conversation and explained they no longer service our area. However, as an exception they will come out if they can’t find someone else to take care of us. It is July and they are dodging phone calls and emails. We know they received the emails because they do acknowledge receiving them they just lack any progress or follow through. We even offered an olive branch in the form of “if you believe we are due for a boiler upgrade let us know we’d love to give that business to you”.

I think the lesson here for all that consider working with this business is, they’d love to take on your new project. However, they will certainly not stand behind their work.

Sink faucet got loose. Reached out to this plumbing service and they tightened it. No movement now.

I had a hidden leak and their leak detection service found it fast. They used proper tools and avoided unnecessary wall damage. Very honest and skilled plumbers.

Sewer line roots caused backups in the yard and this plumbing business helped me by performing trenchless repair and removing roots and I really appreciate the specialists team for solving it without digging.

Sink gurgled every time I used it and it was annoying. They fixed the venting issue and now it’s quiet.

The kitchen sprayer lost pressure. The plumber replaced the hose and tested the flow. It works well now.
